Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Medical Services In The Field Of Occupational Medicine And Additional Medical Care

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Medical Services To Employees And/Or Doctoral Students Of The Institute Of Organic Chemistry Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences And Their Family Members. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: A) Medical Services In The Field Of Occupational Medicine, Including The Provision Of Medical Services Including Laboratory And Diagnostic Tests To The Extent Necessary To Issue Medical Certificates And Specialist Consultations, Which Will Cover Employees And/Or Doctoral Students Of The Employer, As Well As Persons Admitted To Work; B) Medical Services In The Field Of Additional Medical Care, Including Comprehensive Medical Care, Including Comprehensive Outpatient Procedures, Including: Medical Consultations (In-Patient And Teleconsultation) Performed Without A Referral (No Limit), Diagnostic Tests, Laboratory Tests, Comprehensive Diagnostic Tests Pregnancy, Preventive Vaccinations, Which Will Cover The Employers Employees And Their Closest Family Members (I.E. Authorized Persons, Within The Meaning Of Point Ii.3 Of The Opz (Appendix No. 1 To The Tor).
