A) The Subject Of This Contract Is The Service Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining Final Decisions Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction Works - Extension Of Ul. Borowinowej.B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order By Means Of: • Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz • Material Scope Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz • The Resulting Concept Of Extension Of Ul. Borowinowa Constituting Appendix No. 12 To Swzc) The Minimum Guarantee Period Is 24 Months And The Maximum Guarantee Period Is 36 Months. Offers With A Guarantee Period Shorter Than 24 Months Will Be Rejected. F) The Contracting Authority Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Performance Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. G) Contract Performance Period: 15 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Including: I: Preparation Of The Construction Design, Submission Of A Complete Application For Obtaining A Zrid Decision, A Decision Conditioning The Implementation Of The Investment / Notification, As Well As Documents Obtained Until The Announcement Within 7 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Stage Ii: Preparation Of Detailed Designs And Obtaining The Final Zrid Decision / Administrative Decision Conditioning The Implementation Of The Investment / Certificate On The Lack Of Grounds For Raising Objections To The Notification Of The Intention Of Construction Works Within 8 Months From The Acceptance Of Stage I.H) Available On Site At The Contracting Authority.I) The Selected Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels (Journal Laws Of 2021, Item 2269 With Later As Amended).
