Subject Of The Construction Project The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Addition Of A Platform For The Disabled To The Dormitory Building Of The Special School And Educational Center In Wąsosz.2. Structural Solutions The Platform Lift For The Disabled Will Be Made In A Self-Supporting Steel Construction Shaft According To The Typical Documentation Provided By The Manufacturer Of The Device. Door Openings Will Be Made To Connect The Lift With The Building On Each Floor. As Access To The Crane, A Slipway With A Surface Made Of Concrete Cubes Will Be Made.3. Geotechnical Conditions And Method Of Foundation Of The Structure Pursuant To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of 25 April 2012 On Determining The Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Building Structures, The Designed Construction Of A Residential Building Belongs To The First Geotechnical Category. Soil And Subsoil Tests Were Carried Out For The Purposes Of The Above-Mentioned Construction. Two Test Pits Were Made In The Outline Of The Designed Facility At A Depth Of 180 Cm. The Design Provides For Foundations To Be Placed At A Depth Of 80 Cm Below Ground Level. In All Cases, The Same Geological Cross-Section Was Found: O The Upper Layer Is A Hardening Together With Structural Layers Lying To A Depth Of Approx. 40 Cm, Below To A Depth Of 180 Cm There Is Sand And Sandy Clay, It Is Stated That In The Location Of The Building There Are Soils Suitable For Direct Foundations. If The Contractor, During The Works, Finds Other Soils, The Designer Should Be Notified Of This Fact. The Lift Will Be Placed On A Foundation Slab. The Foundations Will Be Placed At A Depth Of -0.37 M In Relation To The 0 Of The Building.4. Construction And Material Solutions For Internal And External Building Partitions 4.1 Foundations 30Cm Reinforced With A Ø12 Rod Mesh (Steel Aiiinb500sp) With A Mesh Size Of 10X10cm. From The Level Of -0.8 M From The Ground Surface To The Level Of The Foundation Slab, Make A Bedding From Sand Gravel. The Bedding Should Be Compacted To Is ≥ 0.95. Technical Data Of The Device: Lifting Capacity - 300 Kg Speed - 0.15 M / Power Supply - 230V Single-Phase, 24V Dc - Auxiliary Circuit Powering The Emergency Exit And Lighting. Platforms - 1460Mm X 1170Mm X 2000Mm High Lift - 3000 Mm Pit - 140 Mm 4.3 Lintels Over The Openings, Lay Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Lintels Sbn120.4.4 Demolition And Walling-Up Works In The Basement Level, There Is One Window Opening To Be Walled Up With Cellular Concrete Blocks, Thickness. 24Cm, And The Demolition Of The Existing Light Well. At The Level Of The Ground Floor, Partition Walls Are To Be Dismantled In The Room Adjacent To The Designed Lift, In Addition, On The Ground Floor, First And Second Floors, The Existing Door Openings For The Lift Exit Door Should Be Enlarged. In The Rooms Adjacent To The Lift, Fill In The Plaster After Disassembly And Demolition. Apply Plaster And Paint. 4.7 Ramp For The Disabled. In Front Of The Lift Door, Make A Platform Measuring 180X150cm. The Width Of The Ramp Is 120 Cm. The Ramp Is Limited By A Concrete Palisade Protruding By 0.07 M Above The Surface Of The Ramp. The Surface Of The Ramp Is Made Of Gray Concrete Cubes Laid On A Sand And Cement Foundation.
