1. The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Improving Safety On Public Roads In The City Of Sierpc - Energy-Saving Solutions And Smartcities In The Design And Build System And Works Related To The Construction Works Performed, In Accordance With The Accepted Offer And Swz.2. The Subject Of The Agreement Referred To In Sec. 1 Includes In Particular: 1) Stage I: Development And Submission Of Project Documentation Along With Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment Task, Including In Particular A Final Decision On The Building Permit, Notification Of Works, Development Of A Permanent Organization Traffic And For The Duration Of The Works With Approval, Based On The Functional And Utility Programs Constituting Attachments To The Swz. 2) Stage Ii: Execution Of Construction Works In The Scope Specified In The Developed Design Documentation And In The Functional And Utility Programs Constituting Attachments To The Swz Mean The Full Scope Of Construction Works, Demolition Works, Assembly Works, Construction Services And Supplies Of Machinery And Equipment, Which The Contractor Undertakes To Perform And Hand Over To The Employer, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, This Agreement, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Construction Law And In Accordance With Other Applicable Regulations And Standards, As Well As Not With The Rules Of Technical Knowledge.3. In Accordance With The Application For Co-Financing From The Polish Government Fund: Strategic Investments Program Submitted In February 2022, The Employer, As Part Of The Implementation Of Stages I And Ii Of The Subject Of The Contract, Expects: 1) Reconstruction Of The Existing Intersections And Road Lanes In Order To Improve The Safety Of Road Users; 2) The Use Of Innovative And Modern Communication Solutions By Introducing New Elements Of Traffic Control Infrastructure (Including Traffic Lights, Timers, Illumination Of Pedestrian Crossings, Intelligent Road Signs And Devices To Improve Road Safety);3) Reconstruction And Extension Of Technical Infrastructure In Road Lanes And Spaces (Green Areas) Along With The Reconstruction Of The Road Surface; 4) Planting, Cutting And Correcting Greenery Within The Existing Areas In The Right-Of-Way; 5) If Necessary, Wiring The Existing Overhead Technical Infrastructure Elements And Placing Them In Existing Road Lanes, Removal Of Collisions, Road Drainage - Rainwater Drainage System, Street Lighting, Bicycle Paths, Pedestrian And Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes, Location And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements In The Road Lanes.4.
