The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Perform Construction Works For The Ordering Party Consisting In The Renovation Of Rooms For The Emergency Teams Of The Emergency Department Of The Poviat Hospital In Zakopane.2. The Construction Works Being The Subject Of This Contract, In Particular, Include: 1) Profiling The Roof Over Part Of The Building; 2) Installation Of Two Plasterboard Walls And Rebuilding The Partition Wall Made Of Foam Blocks; 3) Replacement Of The Floor In The Garage For Ambulances With A Floor Reinforced With Dispersed Reinforcement Along With Hardening Of The Surface Layer And Execution Of A Similar Floor In The Warehouse; 4) Execution Of Gravity Ventilation In The Renovated Rooms, Leading Above The Roof; 5) Replacement Of Gates And Entrance Doors And Installation Of Pvc Joinery In The Windows; 6) Installation Of Four Radiators; 7) Completion Of The Installation Electricity; 8) Painting The Rooms; 9) Supplementing The Drainage Around The Building From The West; 10) Execution Of Strips Of Paving Slab At The Building In Part B And Next To The Power Unit Room; 11) Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Building, In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb, Acting Ą Appendix No. 7 To Swz And In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Appendix No. 8 To Swz. In Addition, The Contracting Authority Stipulates That After Completing The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: Works.3. Due To The Fact That The Works Are Carried Out In An Active Facility, The Contracting Authority Stipulates That The Contractor, Prior To Commencing The Works Covered By The Contract, Is Obliged To Develop And Provide The Contracting Authority With A Schedule For The Execution Of Works. The Employer Stipulates That The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree The Schedule Of Works Implementation With The Head Of The Technical And Operational Department Of The Poviat Hospital In Zakopane Before The Commencement Of Works, So That During The Execution Of Works - It Does Not Cause, Among Others, Excessive Nuisance For Patients As Well As In The Work Of The District Hospital In Zakopane.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of This Order Includes: 1) Stwiorb - Annex No. 7 To Swz - In The Part Containing Sets Of Requirements For The Performance And Assessment Of The Correctness Of The Performance Of Individual Works; 2) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 8 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Informs That Whenever The Descriptions Of This Tor, Including The Technical Documentation, Contain: Names Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Privilege Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent And Should Be Treated Only As An Aid In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.6. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Obtain The Final Effect In The Form Of Construction Works With The Functionality And Purpose Specified In The Swz, And Not To Perform Them Using Materials And Equipment Of A Specific Brand Or Manufacturer. For These Reasons, The Contracting Authority Has Exercised Due Diligence To Ensure That The Subject Of The Contract Is Not Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Could Lead To Favoring Or Eliminating Certain Contractors Or Products. If, Despite This, It Turns Out That Such Indications Appear In Any Place Of The Swz And In The Annexes Thereto, They Should Not Be Treated As Requirements Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, And Should Be Considered Only In Terms Of Indications Of An Informative Nature.7. The Conditions For The Performance Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Contract, Which Is Attached As Annex 6 To The Tor.
