1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Control Station Along With The Adaptation Of Rooms To New Functionalities In The Kp Psp Łuków Building, Including The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works In The Following Parts Of The Kp Psp Łuków Building: A) Basement In The Drying Room; B) On The Ground Floor - A Garage Room, A Compressor Room And A Dirty Cloakroom; C) On The Upper Ground Floor - A Dispatch Room, A Bathroom Room And Partly Communication; D) On The First Floor - A Conference Room, An Accounting Room, Offices Of The Commander And Deputy Commander.2. Investment Location: Łuków, Ul. Partisans 6.3. As Part Of The Contract In Question, It Is Necessary In Particular To: A) Dismantle And Dismantle The Existing Finish Of The Rooms, Installations, Development And Equipment; B) Demolish The Existing Partition Walls; C) Construct New Partition Walls; D) Install Water, Sanitary Sewage And Central Heating Systems ;E) Perform Electrical Installations;F) Perform Finishing Works In The Rooms, In Particular Laying New Floors, Wall Linings And Painting Walls And Ceilings;G) Provide Equipment And Equipment Specified In The Dtip. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Dtip.5. In Order To Remove Doubts Regarding The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Informs That The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include The Delivery And Assembly Of The Following Equipment In The Ognik Room, The Dispatch Room And The Social Room: - Kitchen Furniture And Household Appliances; - Childrens Footstools; - 6-Person Cloakroom Lockers - Gymnastic Mattress; - Indoor, Vertical, Wooden Ladder; - Fire Bell, Cast Iron; - Laser Projector; - Desk; - Office Swivel Chair; - Standing Dummy - Complete Firefighters Combat Outfit, Trousers, Jacket; - Magnetic Dry Erase Boards; - Fire Signs And Symbols; - Furniture For The Kitchen Area; - Free-Standing Fridge-Freezer; - 2-Pole Ceramic Induction Hob; - Breakfast Table; - Upholstered Chairs With Backrest; - High-Quality Office Swivel Chair; - Briefing Table; Dispatchers Desk, Half-Bed With Cabinets, Standing Wardrobes, Etc.)6. The Employer Also Informs That The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Equipment Listed In Item 54 - 74 (Inclusive) Of The Bill Of Quantities, Which Was Not Indicated In The Design.
