Tenders Are Invited For Transportation Services

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Transport Services In The Field Of Ongoing Maintenance Of Poviat Roads In 2023. The Implementation Of The Task Will Consist In The Performance Of A Transport Service By A Self-Unloading Car With A Capacity Of Approx. 25 T By Transporting Aggregates From The Lafarge Żwirownia Gliśno Or Ostrowite Mine (Lipnica Commune) Or From The Square Of The Road Circuit No. 1 In Bytów (Ul. Leśna 1) To The Indicated Place By Ordering Party. Approximately 1,000 Tonnes Of Aggregates Are Expected To Be Transported. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Order The Service And Collection Of Aggregate On The Indicated Day, As This Is How The Mine Makes The Material Available And This Date Cannot Be Changed. Failure To Perform The Service Within This Period Is Associated With A Financial Penalty Imposed On The Contractor, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. The Basis For The Settlement Of The Service Will Be The Time Card Approved By The Manager Or Foreman Of The Road Circuit. The Ordering Party Shall Pay The Remuneration By Converting The Product Of Kilometers And Their Unit Price.
