Tenders Are Invited For Development Of The Castle Complex In Besiekiery

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Design And Cost Documentation Along With All The Necessary Arrangements To Obtain A Building Permit Or Notification Of The Intention To Perform Works, Including The Execution Of Construction Works For The Investment Project Entitled: Design And Execution Of Protection And Maintenance Of The Ruins Of The Castle In Besiekiery Along With The Development The Adjacent Area For The Needs Of Tourism And Recreation. The Fup Was Developed On The Basis Of An Application For Co-Financing The Implementation Of The Project In Question, Taking Into Account The Architectural Concept In The Design And Build Mode. The Implementation Of The Task Will Be Divided Into Two Stages: 1) Stage 1 - Project Execution: Development Of Design Documentation To The Extent Compliant With The Requirements Set Out In The Fup And Based On The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Specification Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454), Along With All Design Studies And Arrangements Necessary To Complete This Documentation, Including Obtaining The Legally Required Decisions, Permits, Opinions, Conditions, Arrangements As Well As Other Documents Necessary To Obtain A Valid Permit For The Implementation Of A Construction Task Or A Certificate Of No Grounds For Raising An Objection; 2) Stage 2 - Execution Of Construction Works: Execution Of Construction Works With Due Diligence On The Basis Of Design Documentation Approved By The Employer, In Accordance With The Principles Of Knowledge And With Respect For The Provisions Contained In The Obtained Decisions, Permits, Conditions, Opinions And Arrangements And Other Documents Related To The Construction Process For The Works Being Carried Out, Including The Authors Supervision During The Execution Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Developed Design Documentation. The Scope Of Planned Design And Research, Conservation And Construction Works Include: 1) Preparation Of A Full Measurement, Drawing And Photographic Inventory Of The Preserved Ruins. 2) Carrying Out The Necessary Archaeological Research Under Conservation Supervision, Performed By Persons Experienced In Archaeological Works In Architectural Objects. 3) Conducting Geological Research, Taking Into Account The Aggressiveness Of Groundwater In Relation To The Building Substance Of Ruins. Physicochemical (Including Humidity And Salinity) And Biological Corrosion Factors Such As: Fungi, Algae, Nitrifying Bacteria. Substances (Brick, Stone, Mortar), Construction Assessment, Protection Against Moisture, Strictly Conservation Problems (Additions, Colors, Form), Structural Reinforcements, Etc.6) Development Of Project Documentation O-Cost Estimate Along With All The Necessary Arrangements To Obtain A Building Permit Or Notification Of The Intention To Carry Out Works Together With The Execution Of Construction Works, 7) Development Of A Renovation And Reconstruction Project Of The Wooden Bridge Leading Through The Castle Moat, Adapted To Vehicular Traffic Loads Up To 3.5 T.8 ) Development Of Designs For A Fishing Pier (Bindugi) And A Pedestrian Footbridge Over The Orłówka River Supplying The Castle Moat. 9) Development Of A Design For Removing Silt From The Castle Moat. 10) Development Of A Land Development Plan (Pzt). 11) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Conservation And Construction Works Along With The Necessary Land Development And Technical Infrastructure, In Accordance With The Developed Designs. The Employer Has Identified The Following Tasks: Task No. 1: Preservation And Access To The Historic Ruins Of The Castle In Besiekiery, Along With Development Of The Access (Plot No. 169) Task No. 2: Development Of The Meadows Adjacent To The Castle From The East For Recreational Purposes (Plot No. 182 - Area 0.3610 Ha, 183 - Area 0.4990 Ha) Task No. 3: Reconstruction Of The Bridge, Fishing Pier And Footbridge Over The Orłówka River And Desilting The Moat Around The Castle (According To Separate Documentation).
