Quotation Are Invited For Distribution Of Food Items In Falluja Al-Mahaba Brotherhood Humanitarian Organization Standard Quotation And Payment Terms 1 .Quotation Should Remain Valid For A Period Of At Least Ninety (90) Days From The Submission Closing Date And Should Be Indicated In The Quotation 2 .Payment Shall Release In ( 06 ) Days From Receiving The Actual Invoice. 3 .Payment Shall Be Via Check Or Bank Transfer. 4 .Payment Shall Be Made Upon Verification And Acceptance Of Goods/Services Per Contract And Upon Presentation Of Correct, Itemized Invoice. 5. Delay Fines Will Be Equal To (1 %) For Each Delay Day For (20) Days Only. The Contract Will Withdraw From The Company And The Project Will Completed At The Expense Of The Company Tender Link :
