Place Of Contract Performance: Wągrowiec Commune, Wągrowiec Poviat, Wielkopolskie Voivodship, Kobylec Water Treatment Station, Plots With Registration Number 156/1, Kobylec Registration Precinct, Scope Of Works, The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Project, In The Design-Build System, Consisting In Modernization Of The Water Treatment Station In Kobylec, Together With Production And Consumption Monitoring As Part Of The Contract, The Following Should Be Prepared: 1) Technical And Construction Documentation In The Form Of A Construction Design In The Following Sectors: Technological, Sanitary, Construction, Architectural And Construction, Electrical And I&C Along With Obtaining A Building Permit; 2) Disassembly Of The Existing Suw Technology Together With With Waste Disposal;3) Demolition Of The Fence And Casing Of One Deep Well;4) General Construction Modernization Of The Existing Suw Building;5) Assembly Of Technological Equipment In The Suw Building;6) Modernization Of The Existing Backwash Water Settling Tank;7) Electrical Installation And I&C To Supply And Control The Operation Of The Suw; 8) Construction/Assembly Of A New Reinforced Concrete Washing Water Tank; 9) Construction Of A New Retention Tank In A Steel Structure With A Capacity Of V=100 M3 And Laying Of A Suction And Discharge Pipeline, Drain And Overflow With Connection To The Existing Networks; 10) Assembly Of New Casings Of The Existing Two Deep Wells In The Construction Of The Thermal Insulation Casing. Replacement Of The Existing Submersible Pumps With Piping And Necessary Fittings;11) Replacement Of The Existing Inter-Facility Pipelines Of External Networks;12) Lighting Of The Facility And Water Intakes With A Cctv System;13) Construction Of A New Fence;14) Liquidation Of The Existing Underground Reinforced Concrete Tank;15) Works Related To Technical Acceptance And Start-Up Of The Station;16) Purchase And Implementation Of A Remote Reading System And Monitoring Of The Water Supply Network In A Radio Reading System. Developed Documentation Of Construction And Assembly Works Of The Water Treatment Station In Kobylec Along With The Raw Water Intake. The Scope Of The Order Includes: • Execution Of Technological Tests Defining The Method Of Water Treatment. • Development Of A Water Treatment Plant Modernization Project Divided Into Separate Studies For Individual Industries, I.E.: - Architectural And Construction, - Technological And Sanitary Installations, - Construction, - External Water Supply, Sewage And Electrical Networks - Electrical Installations And Lighting, Low-Voltage Installations And I&C, The Following Should Be Prepared: - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Study Must Include All Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Wtp Modernization For A Given Industry And Should Be Complete From The Point Of View The Purpose It Is To Serve. The Study Must Comply With Applicable Law. The Documentation Must Be Completed And Signed By Persons With Appropriate Design Licenses And Professional Qualifications. The Design Study For A Given Industry Is To Contain The Necessary Descriptions And Drawings Enabling The Execution Of Construction Works. Within The Scope Of The Order, It Is Also Required To Develop And Obtain All Necessary Documents. Solutions And Devices Checked In Operational And Technical Terms Should Be Designed. The Scope Of Works Includes: A) In Terms Of Technology, Design And Implementation Of A Technological System For Water Intake From Deep Wells And Suw, Including: • Modernization Of Two Deep Wells, • Design And Implementation Of An Aeration System, • Implementation Of A Single-Stage Filtration System, • Design And Implementation Of A Counter-Current Flushing Process Filters, • Construction Of A Backwash Water Drainage Pipeline, • Design And Construction Of A Chlorination Room, • Delivery Of A New Compressed Air Tank With A Reduction And Measurement Unit, • Construction/Assembly Of A New Reinforced Concrete Backwash Water Tank, • Design And Construction Of A New Vertical Retention Tank For Water With A Capacity Of 100 M3, • Design And Delivery Of A Set Of Network Pumps For Water Supply, • Replacement Of Internal Piping, • Installation Of Two Condensing Air Dryers, • Replacement Of The Existing Inter-Facility Water And Sewage Networks. B) In The Field Of The Construction Industry, Design And Execution: General Construction Modernization Of The Station Building, In Particular: Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, Thermal Modernization Of The Facility, Reconstruction Of The Foundations For Pressure Filters, Ensuring Proper Lighting Of The Facility And Area, Ensuring Proper Fire Protection, Other Finishing Works, Inter-Site Networks For The New Retention Reservoir, C) In The Field Of Electrical Industry, Design And Implementation Of: Internal Electrical Installation, Installation Of Sockets, Installation Of Basic, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting, Power Installation, Anti-Burglary Installation, Flooding And Installation Of Electrical Infrastructure, In Particular: Installation Of Cables And Wires Switchgears, Electrical Installation Equipment And Other Electrical Works Consisting In The Installation Of Equipotential Bonding, Overvoltage Installation, Anti-Shock Installation, Lightning Protection Installation, Installation Of Internal And External Lighting. The Subject Of The Order Is Also: • Delivery Of New Water Meters Adapted For Remote Reading, Together With Radio Overlays For Reading The Status Of The Water Meter And Sending Data To The It System For Remote Reading In The Number Of 767 Sets; • Service For Data Transmission Between Devices Installed On Water Meters And The It System For Remote Reading Of Water Meters; • Implementation And Commissioning Of A Radio Remote Reading System For Water Meters Ensuring Recording, Processing, Archiving And Transferring Data Read From Water Meters For The Needs Of The Employer.
