Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Provision Of Unarmed Security Services At Unami Premises In Erbil, Iraq Deadline: 15-Mar-2023 00:00 (Gmt 0.00) Western Europe Time, London, Lisbon, Casablanca 1.0 United Nations Assistance Mission For Iraq (Unami) Intends To Solicit Bids For Unarmed Security Services At Unami Premises In Erbil, Iraq For The Initial Period Of One Year With An Option Of Extension Additional Four (4) Years, One Year At A Time Under The Same Terms And Conditions Subject To Satisfactory Performance, Availability Of Funds And Continuation Of Unami Mandate. 1.0.1 The Purpose Of The Anticipated Contract Is To Provide Unarmed Security Services For The United Nations Assistance Mission For Iraq (Unami) From A Professional Contractor To Provide, Manage And Operate Security Services At The Unami Facility In Erbil, Iraq. 1.0.2 The Successful Proposer Shall Provide Security Services And Protection To The Personnel, Assets And Premises Of The Unami, At Its Ero Facility. This Shall Include But Not Limited To The Following: Access Control Vehicle Searches Detailed Screening Of Persons And Property Prevention Of Unauthorized Removal Of Un Property Unauthorized Persons Fire Drills First Aid Crime Scene Protection Maintenance Of Records Cctv Patrolling 1.0.3 A Mandatory Site Visit And Pre-Tendering Conference Shall Be Arranged And Conducted For Interested Vendors In Order To Acquaint All Participants With Environment, Scope Of Work And Services Required. 1.0.4 For This Purpose, Unami Will Undertake A Competitive Bidding Exercise Shortly, Accordingly Would Issue A Request For Proposal (Rfp) To Those Companies Who Would Express Their Interest And Provide Initial Relevant Information As To Their Ability To Fulfill UnamiS Requirement. In Addition, The Interested Companies Will Be Requested To Complete A Unami Vendor Registration Form (New Vendors Only). To Obtain This Form, Please Contact Unami As Above.
