Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Baseline Assessment Of Response Initiative For Somalia Emergencies The Overall Objective Of The Baseline Study Is To Provide An Information Base Against Which To Monitor And Assess The ProjectS Activities Progress And Effectiveness During Implementation And After The Completion. The Baseline Study Is Intended To Provide The Key Stakeholders With Detailed Baseline Data On Key Project Indicators. In Particular, The Baseline Study Will Help To: 1. Determine The Current Level Of Access To Agricultural And Livestock Inputs, Markets, And Technologies For Enhancing Agricultural And Livestock Productivity. 2. To Determine The Current Level Of Access To Water And Technologies For Irrigation And Domestic Use For Enhancing Productivity And Production Of Small-Scale Farmers 3. To Determine Or Establish The Current Level Of Climate-Related Risks And Their Impact For Small-Scale Farmers And Pastoralists. 4. To Understand The ProjectS Implementation Context, Particularly Local Populations Strategies And Local Capacities For Resilience, And Factors That Affect Household And Community Resilience.
