This Project Is Part Of The Wider DepartmentS Waters Infrastructure Programme (Wip). The Wip Was Established To Remediate The Condition Of Waters Infrastructure Assets Across The DepartmentS Prison Network, Provide Surety Of Water Services To The DepartmentS Facilities And To Ensure The Department Is Compliant With Community Expectations And Legal Obligations, Including Consent Conditions. The Objective Of This Programme Is To Deliver Those Outcomes At Whanganui Prison.
