Scope Of Workd3.1 The Work To Be Done Under The Contract Shall Consist Of Building Renovations Includingbut Not Limited To Demolition Of The Existing Interior Wall Finishing, Domestic Water Piping Andappurtenances, Electrical Equipment, Heating/Ventilation Equipment, Automation Equipment, Andinstrumentation. Installation Of New Wall And Ceiling Insulation, Vapour Barrier, Plywoodfinishes, Handrails, Domestic Water Piping, Water Meter, Backflow Preventer, Pump Seal Waterpiping, Lighting, Receptacles, Switches, Customer Service Termination Enclosure (Cste), Cabling,Motor Control Centres, Ductwork, Fans, Duct Heater, Unit Heaters, Air Conditioning Unit, Actuateddampers, Grilles, Automation Control Panel, Instrumentation, Pump Seal Water Flow Control Solenoidsand Flow Switches. The Work Also Includes Removal Of The Existing Stair Case And Installation Of Anew Ladder With Guardrails And Swing Gate, And Replacement Of The Roof Surfacing With Re-Slopingfor Improved Drainage.
