The Hse Seeks To Appoint Suitably Qualified External Service Provider(S) For Minor Oral Surgery. Patients Will Be Treated From Current Hse Minor Oral Surgery Waiting Lists. The Hse Will Refer Each Patient To The Successful Service Provider(S). Treatment For Each Patient Will Include; • Initial Examination, • Diagnosis • Treatment (Including Informed Consent, Any Follow Up And Discharge) With • All Ancillary Services Provided Including, X-Rays, Notes, Diagnostic Laboratory Services, Sterile Services Infection Control Procedures, Clinical Waste Disposable, It And Quality Assurance. • Emergency Treatment Services To Be Provided Within Any Region May In Some Circumstances Include Services For Persons Who Do Not Normally Reside Within The Geographical Region. Typically Reasons For Allocation Of Patients To Regions Outside Of Their Home Region May Include Initiatives To Maximise Reduction In Waiting Lists, Convenience Of Location To Hse Patient Or Punctuality Of Service To Hse Patient.
