Work Detail
The Subject Of The Project Is The Construction Of Water And Sewage Infrastructure (Type: Build) And Road Infrastructure (Type: Design And Build) On The Premises Of The Ethnographic Museum In Zielona Góra - Ochla, Carrying Out All Necessary Inspections And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. Construction Of Water And Sewage Infrastructure (Type: Build) Sewage From The Museum Area To The Municipal Sewage System Will Be Discharged In The Gravitational Flow System To The Existing Ø 425 Plastic Well, Which Is The End Of The Ø 200 Pvc Channel In Ul. Ochla - Folklorystyczna, On The Border Of Plots No. 922 And 929. The Construction Of The Network And Connections Was Designed Based On The Requirements Specified By The Employer. The Planned Investment Is Aimed At Eliminating The Use Of The Existing Septic Tanks At The Facilities No. 11; 13; 14; 23 And 22, And Enabling The Connection Of Other Existing And Planned Facilities On The Museum Grounds. As The Facilities Planned To Be Built, The Employer Indicated Public Toilets With The Location Marked On The Plan As No. 23A And A Small Fish And Chip Shop, Marked On The Plan As No. 11A. All Septic Tanks That Are No Longer In Use Are Expected To Be Liquidated. Sewage Discharge From The Planned Location Of The Fish Frying Plant (No. 11A), Due To The Lack Of Gravitational Discharge, Was Designed In The Pumping System Through The Expansion Well No. S1.43.22. The Design Of The Sewage Pumping Station, Control Well And Grease Separator Will Constitute A Separate Design Study Related To The Design Of The Frying Room Facility. At This Stage Of The Design, It Is Only Planned To Lay The Pressure Pipeline With A Manhole To Connect The Pumping Station Of The Future. Designed Solutions. Sanitary Sewers Are Made Of Pvc-U Sewage Pipes Of Sn8 Stiffness Class, With Sewer-Lock Gaskets That Guarantee Tightness In The Entire Range Of Use With A Socket Deflection Of 10% And Bare At The End Of 15%, Underpressure Up To 0.6 Bar And Overpressure Up To 0.5 Bar. Junction Chambers Are Designed Of Concrete Rings Ø1000 And 1200Mm With Sbr Or Epdm Elastomer Seals According To En 681-1, Set On A Bottom Plate With Profiled Flow Bases And Ended With Reducers With D-400 Class Manholes With Concrete Filling. Non-Ventilated Covers, Double-Locked, Without A Shock-Absorbing Insert. The Joints Of The Joints Of The Rings Should Be Jointed With Concrete Mortar On Both Sides, And The Entire Chambers Should Be Insulated With Bitizol R+P On Both Sides. Any Necessary Adjustment Of The Level Of The Manhole Should Be Made By Using Concrete Distance Rings. Manhole Steps (According To Pn-En 13101) Should Be Covered With Bright Plastic And Located Above The Widest Shelf. All Concrete Elements Of Manholes Should Be Made Of C35/45 Class Concrete Based On Sulphate-Resistant Cement In Accordance With Pn-En 197-1. The Passage Of Pipelines Through The Chamber Walls Should Be Made With The Use Of A Pvc Manhole Insert. The Whole Should Be Made In Accordance With The Requirements Of Pn-En 1917:2004. The Other Manholes Are Designed As Non-Entry, Plastic Ø 425 And Ø 600 Chambers, Consisting Of A Base With Bases And Bottom, Corrugated Shaft Pipe, Telescopic Pipe, A Set Of Rubber Gaskets And A Top On A Relief Ring With Cast Iron D400 Class Covers. Set The Manholes On A 15-Cm Bedding Made Of Lean Concrete, Class C8/10. The Manholes Should Be Built In The Ground In Accordance With The Manufacturers Instructions, With Particular Care When Preparing The Sand Base For The Bottom And When Backfilling The Shaft Of The Manhole. The Covers Of All Manholes In Roads With A Dirt Surface And In Green Areas Should Be Paved Or Concreted With Envelopes With A Size Of 1.5X1.5 M, 0.15 M Thick. For Small-Size Wells Ø 425, Envelopes With Dimensions Of 1.0 X 1.0 M, Thickness Of 0.15 M. Pipelines Of The Network And Sewage Connections Should Be Laid On A Sand Bed 15 Cm Thick And In A Layer 30 Cm High Above The Top Of The Pipes. Make The Bedding And Backfilling With Fine Sand. The Rest Of The Backfill Can Be Made With Excavated Soil. The Backfill Should Be Carefully Compacted In Layers Until The Compaction Index Is ≥ 0.95 Is Obtained. During The Implementation, The Sections Of The Sewers Made Should Be Successively Tested For Tightness For Sewage Exfiltration Into The Ground. Before Backfilling The Completed Networks And Connections, Prepare As-Built Geodetic Documentation And Submit It For Partial Acceptance By Zw I K Sp. Z O. O. In Zielona Góra. The Pressure Pipeline On The Route Pk - S1.43.22 Should Be Made Of Pe80 Sdr 17.6 Dy 63X3.6 Pipes To The Pressure Sewage System, In One Section. The Expansion Chamber No. S1.43.22 Is Designed As A Typical Ø1000 Pe, With A D400 Class Cast Iron Cover And A Suspended Anti-Odour Carbon Filter Under The Manhole. Make The Bedding And Backfilling With Fine Sand. The Rest Of The Backfill Can Be Made With Excavated Soil. The Backfill Should Be Carefully Compacted In Layers Until The Compaction Index Is ≥ 0.95 Is Obtained. 5. Water Supply Connections. All Designed Connections Are Designed To Ensure Water Supply For Facilities Whose Sanitary Equipment Is/Will Be Limited To Single Residential Sanitary Facilities, With Temporary Computational Water Consumption Within The Limits Of Q = Up To 0.75 Dm3/S, For Which With Water Flow Velocity V = 1.0 M/S, The Following Are Designed: > Connection Pipeline Diameters: F = Q / V, Where Q - Design Flow Qs = 0.75 Dm3/Sv - Flow Velocity = 1.0 M/S Hence: F = 0.00075/1.0 = 7.5 Cm2 D = √4X7.5 /3.14 = 3.1 Cm> Water Meter Nodes: At All Connections, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Water Supplier, Water Meter Sets Are Designed In Wells Made Of D1200 Concrete Rings Which Will Be The End Of Each Connection. For The Flow Qs = 0.75 * 3.6 = 2.7 M3/H, It Is Designed To Install Single-Jet Vane Water Meters Of Minimum Class C, With The Following Parameters: Qn = 2.5 M3/H, Qmax = 3M3/H, Dn 15, Pn16 – Version For Horizontal Installation, With Anti-Contamination Valves Type Ba, 3/4. Installation Of Water Meters - In Accordance With Pn-M.-54910:1991. Installation Detail Of Water Meter Nodes - According To The Drawing Part. Connections Are Made Of Pe 80, Sdr11, Dy = 40X3.7 Mm Pipes (D = 3.26 Cm). Inclusion Of Connections To The Existing Network D90 Pe (Connection Sw1), D110 Pe (Connections Sw2 To Sw6) And D160 Pe (Connections Sw7 And Sw 11) Will Be Performed Free Of Charge By Zwik Sp. Z O. O.
