Virtualization Server. 1 Pc.2. Software (Server Operating System).1 Pcs.3. Nas File Server. 1 Pc.4. Lan Switch.1 Pcs.5. Ups Power Supply 1 Pc.6. Workstations 33 Pcs.7. Monitor 33 Pcs.8. Laptop 5 Pcs.9. Office Software 38 Pcs.10. Antivirus Software 40 Pcs.11. Infrastructure Management Software With Training For The Administrator. 40 Pcs. 12. Multifunctional Device - Color Printout. 1 Pc. 13. Training For Officials In The Field Of Cyber Security 1 Set1) The Delivered Equipment Must Be Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Not Showing Signs Of Use. 2) The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New (I.E. Manufactured Not Earlier Than 9 Months Before Delivery), Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Sales Channel For The Polish Market, Come From Serial Production, Taking Into Account The Configuration Options Provided By The Manufacturer For The Offered Model Of Equipment . 3) Prototype Products Are Not Allowed, Devices Stored For A Long Time And Coming From The Manufacturers Sale Programs Are Not Allowed. Devices Cannot Be On The Manufacturers End-Of-Sale And End-Of-Support List. 4) The Required Number And Arrangement (Outside The Housing) Of Any Ports Cannot Be Achieved By Using Converters, Adapters, Etc., It Is Unacceptable To Use Any External Adapters Or Converters. 5) The Contractor Shall Ensure Delivery To The Indicated Location At The Ordering Partys Seat. 6) The Contractor Will Be Required To Submit As-Built Documentation, Containing In Particular All Access Data To Devices And Software That Will Be Used During The Installation And Configuration Of Hardware And Software. 7) For Deliveries Of It Equipment With An Operating System, The Ordering Party Requires A Brand New Operating System (Never Used Before), In A Version With A Certificate Of Authenticity For Each License, Provided That The Manufacturer Of The Offered Software Uses Certificates Of Authenticity. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Brand New Operating System, Unused And Never Activated On Another Device Before, And Coming From A Legal Source Of Sale. In The Case Of The Operating System, The Hologram Sticker Should Be Protected Against The Possibility Of Reading The Key By Means Of Security Measures Applied By The Manufacturer, Provided That The Manufacturer Of The Offered Software Uses Such Security Features. The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Verify The Delivered Software At The Tender Evaluation Stage As Well As At The Delivery Stage In Terms Of Software Legality Directly At The Software Manufacturer. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request The Contractor At The Delivery Stage To Present Documents Regarding The Purchase Of Software In An Authorized Distribution Channel Of The Software Manufacturer. As Part Of The Delivery, The Contractor Shall Perform The Following Works At The Ordering Partys Premises: • Preparation Of The Place For Installation And Organization In The Rack Cabinet Of Existing/New Bundles Of Structured Cabling, Patch Cords Connecting Ports Of Patch Panels And Devices, Before And After The Installation Of New Devices. The Contractor Shall Provide The Necessary Number Of New And/Or Replacement Of Old Patchcords Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Contract. • Installation Of The Ups In The Cabinet And Commissioning. (The Contractor Will Configure The Environment So That The Ups Communicates With The Servers And In The Event Of A Power Failure, Virtual And Physical Machines Are Turned Off At The Right Time.) • Installation Of A New Server In A Rack Cabinet Owned By The Ordering Party. • Starting The Server And Conducting Diagnostic Tests To Confirm Correct Operation Server Components. • Updating The Bios To The Latest Stable Version. • Installing The Operating System As Part Of The Provided Domain Software On Two Previously Created Virtual Machines. • Mounting The Nas File Server In The Rack Together With Mounting The Drives To The Nas. • Updating The Nas Server Operating System To The Latest Stable Version• Raid Configuration On The Nas• Installation And Configuration Of New Switches In The Server Room• Integration Of Network Switches With A Firewall; • Optimization Of Network Infrastructure Management Through The Appropriate Configuration Of Devices; Implementation Of New Security Policies Controlling Network Traffic. • Performing Network Segmentation (At Least Five Vlan Subnets). Necessity To Change The Addressing Of Existing Network Devices (Printers, Computers, Etc.) And Then Change The Addresses Of Devices On Workstations To Which They Were Connected. • Preparation And Submission Of Technical Documentation Of Completed Installation And Configuration Works, Including Electronic Form
