Tenders Are Invited For Tree Planting Service Along With Their Care In The Strip Of Poviat Roads Managed By The Poviat Roads Authority In Oleśnica

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In Planting Trees In The Maximum Number Of 314 Pcs. And Care Of The Planted Trees In The Strip Of Poviat Roads Managed By The Poviat Roads Authority In Oleśnica.2. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) In The Field Of Planting Trees: A) Development Of A Planting Plan In Accordance With The Locations Specified In The Price List Attached To The Swz; B) Planting Healthy, Undamaged Trees, In Accordance With The Planting Plan Approved By The Employer. Nursery Material Should Be: Pure In Variety, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Recommendations Issued By The Polish Nurserymen Association, In Good Health Condition, Without Mechanical Damage, Without Cracking Of The Bark, Free Of Diseases And Pests, Woody, Properly Formed, Maintaining The Species And Variety Characteristic Shape, Height, Width And Length Of Shoots With Preserved Proportions Between The Trunk, Crown And Root Ball. The Height Of The Trunk Should Be At Least 100 Cm, And The Circumferences Should Be In Accordance With Those Given In The Price List. Seedlings With A Root Ball, Root System Well Developed, Undamaged, Suitable For Other Parameters Of The Tree, Not Overdried; A Properly Developed Conductor, The Top Bud Of The Conductor Clearly Formed; C) Making A Tree Hole Of A Size Corresponding To The Proper Development Of The Plant; It Is Necessary To Season The Pit With Compost Soil Mixed With An Appropriate Dose Of Hydrogel/Agrogel; D) Tree Bracing: At Least 2 Stakes With A Diameter Of Not Less Than 6-8 Cm And A Height Of Min. 200 Cm Plus Soft Binding (Tape With A Minimum Width Of 3 Cm), Impregnated Stakes, The Height Of The Stake Driven Into The Ground Should Be Equal To The Height Of The Planted Tree Trunk; 100 Liters For Each Tree); G) Making A Bowl Around The Tree With A Depth Of 5-7 Cm And A Diameter Of About 80 Cm, In Which To Spread A Layer Of Ground Bark Or Composted Mulch / Chips; H) Tidying Up The Area Within Two Working Days After The Completion Of The Works;I) After Planting The Tree: Labeling Each Tree With A Label (The Label Should Include The Name Of The Planted Tree Species, Trunk Circumference In Cm, Tree Id Number And Date Of Planting), Photographic Documentation On A Cd/Pen - Files In Pdf Format Described With The Identification Number (Id) Of The Tree And The Road Number (Photo Of Each Planted Tree - View From A Distance That Allows The Camera To Capture The Entire Tree) And A Close-Up Of The Tree Id Number; 2) In The Field Of Care Of The Planted Trees :A) Watering As Needed Min. 3 Times During The Care Period (Especially During Drought); B) Improvement/Replacement Of Bindings As Needed, Replacement Of Damaged And Missing Stakes, Replacement Of Dried Material, Removal Of Foaming Roots (At Least Once During The Maintenance Period); C) Replenishment Of Mulch/Bark/Wood Chips (At Least Once During The Maintenance Period); D) Continuous Monitoring To Check The Vitality Of The Plant Material; Protection Against Pests And Diseases As Needed; E) Reporting Acts Of Vandalism Or Destruction Of Trees. Such An Event Must Be Documented By The Contractor (A Note, Photos, Police Notification Protocol) And Submitted To The Employer; F) After The Maintenance Period Has Expired, The Works Will Be Accepted In A Protocol Along With Photographic Documentation On A Cd/Pen - Files In Pdf Format Described With The Identification Number (Id) Of The Tree (A Photo Of Each Planted Tree - A View From A Distance Enabling The Camera To Capture The Entire Tree) And A Close-Up Of The Trees Id Number.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Quantity Of The Order. The Ordering Party Intends To Commission At Least 20% Of The Maximum Value Of The Contract Specified In § 6 Sec. 1 Of The Contract. The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims For Damages From The Ordering Party For Failure To Use The Maximum Value Of The Contract In Full. The Subject Of The Contract, The Scope Of The Service And The Contractors Obligations Are Described In Detail In: A) Swz; Quantities, Species And Parameters Of Trees And Their Location; C) The Draft Contract.5. The Ordering Party Requires That Supervision Over The Correct Implementation Of Services Should Be Performed By A Person With Higher Education In A Major (Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Landscape Architecture) Or A Secondary Major And A Completed Course Entitling To Supervise Works In Green Areas.
