Subject Of The Contract.1.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Performance Using Mountaineering Methods Of Four Quarterly Inspections Of The State Of 59 High Chambers, Hereinafter Referred To As High Chambers, The Detailed List Of Which Is Included In Appendix 1 To This Specification, 2) Performance Using Mountaineering Methods In Of The “Wieliczka” Salt Mine, A One-Off Inspection Of The Condition Of The Suka Chamber, 3) Performance Of Four Quarterly Measurements Of Crack Opening Using Mountaineering Methods At 362 Measuring Stations Built In The High Chambers, Referred To In Appendix 1 To The Specification, 4) Performance Of Four Quarterly Inspection Of The Technical Condition Of Control Galleries (Including: Railings, Platforms, Fastening, Supporting And Stabilizing Elements) In The Chambers: Barącz, Saurau, Michałowice, Weimar, Haluszka And Wessel,5) Reading Of Measurements From Sensors Installed In The Maria Teresa Ii Górna Chamber And Interpretation Results,6) Control Of The Drainage System In The Part With A Ceiling In The Gołuchowski Chamber,7) Drawing Up A Written Report On The Inspection Of The Condition Of The High Chambers, The Technical Condition Of The Inspection Galleries And The Measurements Of The Gap Opening,8) Reading From 20 Feeler Gauges Installed In The Margielnik Chamber, Pos. Iii, 9) Crumbling Of The Ceiling And Sidewall In The Places Of Noticed Detachments, 10) Wedging The Loose Wooden Casing And Lining.1.2 Whenever The Contract Mentions A Quarter, It Should Be Understood As A Calendar Quarter.2. Rules For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract On The Inspection Of The Condition Of Excavation Support And The Inspection Of The Condition Of Excavations Maintained Without Support, Constituting Appendix No. 3 To The Specification.2.2 The Report Referred To In Point 1.1 Point 7, Should Contain Complete Information On The Type, Scope And Date Of The Inspection And Works Referred To In Point 1.1 Point 1 - 6 And Subpara. 8-10, Including, In Particular, Photographic Documentation Showing The Places Of Damage Found During The Inspection Of The High Chambers, The Name Of The Excavation, The Date Of The Inspection In A Particular Excavation, Comments On The Condition Of The Undeveloped Surfaces Of The High Chambers And The Deformation Of The Support Or Its Individual Elements.2.3 From The Inspection A Report Should Be Prepared Which Will Include The Interpretation Of The Crack Propagation Measurements Taken. The Report Should Include A Graphic Part Regarding The Location Of Measurement Bases (Sketches Of Base Locations). The Interpretation Of The Measurement Results Should Be Performed By A Specialist In The Field Of Geomechanics With At Least A Phd Degree. 2.4 Inspections Will Be Carried Out On Dates Agreed By The Contractor And The Employer.
