3.1. The Delivery Includes The Delivery, Arrangement, Assembly - Setting, Installation And Checking The Correct Operation Of The Catering Equipment. The Supplies Include The Following Professional Devices/Equipment: Part No. 1: Flambe Trolley - 2 Pcs., Automatic Coffee Machine - 1 Pc., Automatic Coffee Machine - 1 Pc., 2-Group Coffee Machine - 1 Pc. ., Bar Blender - 2 Pcs., Ice Crusher - 2 Pcs., Container For Liquid Nitrogen - 1 Pc., Thermomix Tm6 - 2 Pcs., Microwave Oven - 2 Pcs., Plate Warmer - 5 Pcs., Part No. 2: Air-Conditioner With Installation - 5 Pcs., Part No. 3: Small Catering Equipment, I.E. Glasses, Glasses, Baking Mats And Forms, Boards, Cutlery, Plates, Rods, Etc., In Quantities And With Characteristics Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Item Order - Appendix No. 8 To Swz.3.2. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New, Come From A Legal Source, And Be Covered By A Package Of Warranty Services Included In The Price Of The Device. The Supplied Equipment Must Be New And Non-Display, Free From Third Party Rights. 3.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Carry Out Works Related To The Arrangement And Installation - Positioning Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Art. 121 Point 2) Of The Public Procurement Law And Checking The Correctness Of Operation In The Presence Of Employees Designated By The Employer - Applies To Part No. 2. 3.4. Note: Whenever The Documentation Indicates The Brand Or Origin Of A Product Or Device, It Should Be Assumed That The Word Or Equivalent Is Placed After Each Name, I.E. That The Built-In Materials, Devices, Etc. Will Have (Characterized By) All Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In This Documentation, For A Given Item Of Equipment.3.5. If Specific Technical Solutions Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Is Allowed To Use Solutions Equivalent To Their Features And Parameters, And All Possible Brand Names Of Devices And Products Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Standard Definitions, And Not Specific Brand Names Of Devices , Products Used In This Documentation. The Obligation To Prove The Equivalence Rests With The Contractor.3.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Impose The Requirement Referred To In Art. 95 Sec. 1 Of The Act, I.E. Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities During The Performance Of The Contract Under An Employment Contract, As There Are No Activities Involving The Performance Of Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, The Labor Code.3.8. The Delivered Devices And Equipment Must Meet The Following Conditions: A) Have Ce Declarations, B) Have The Necessary Instructions And Materials For Use Attached, In Polish, C) Have A Warranty Period Not Shorter Than That Specified For Individual Devices In Annex 8 To The Swz For A Given Part Of The Order - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Subject To The Ordering Partys Reservation, D) The Offered Devices On The Day Of Submission Of Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale.5.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order Within A Maximum Of 20 Days From The Date Of Signing The Public Procurement Contract. The Contractor May Shorten The Order Completion Date By A Maximum Of 10 Days. The Deadline For Completing The Contract Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating The Offer. The Deadline For The Completion Of The Contract Is Specified By The Contractor In Days - In The Tender Form - Appendix 1 To The Swz, By Entering How Many Days Shortens The Contract Completion Date In Relation To The Maximum Deadline. 5.2. The Contracting Authority Requires A Minimum 24-Month Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract, Unless A Different Warranty Period Is Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Contract. The Warranty Period Is Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract.
