Logis 3/2010. The Employer Does Not Provide: 1. Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 305 Point 1 In Connection With Art. 214 Sec. 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Public Procurement Law; 2. Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement; 3. Settlements In Foreign Currencies; 4. Electronic Auction; 5. Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Participation In The Proceedings; 6. Submit An Offer In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues; 7. The Possibility Of Granting Advance Payments, 8. Awarding An Optional Contract (Option Right) Referred To In Art. 441 Sec. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Detail In The Draft Contract And Data To The Specification Of The Contract Conditions, Which Constitute Appendix 1 To The Description Of Needs And Requirements.
