Ultra High Vacuum Molecular Beam Epitaxy (Uhv-Mbe) Facility. The University Of Regensburg (Ur) Intends To Purchase A Molecular Beam Epitaxy System (Mbe System) For Integration Into An Existing Mbe System Cluster. The Integration Takes Place By Docking (Cf150) The Mbe System To Be Procured To The Existing Linear Ultra-High Vacuum Channel (Uhv Channel). The Sample Transfer And Sample Receiving Systems Of The Mbe System To Be Procured Must Be Designed For The 2 Wafer Holder Used In The Existing Mbe Cluster. It Is Essential That The Wafer Holder Is Removed From The Uhv Channel In A Vertical Position.
