23 22 2Cl 003 Portal Wheelset Lathe For Db Fahrzeuginstandhaltung Gmbh (1X Plant In Wittenberge And 1X Plant In Kassel (Option)). For Db Fahrzeuginstandhaltung Gmbh, A Cnc-Controlled Portal Wheel Set Lathe Is To Be Procured At The Wittenberge Location And At The Kassel Location (Option). This Publication Relates To The Manufacture, Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning, Training, Trial Run And Final Inspection Of A Wheelset Lathe At Each Location. The Previous Existing Lathe At The Wittenberge Location Is To Be Optionally Dismantled And Recycled (There Is No Existing Machine In Kassel). Foundation Work Is Not Included In The Scope Of Delivery, But The Bidder Will Supply A Corresponding Machine Layout And Connection Plan. The Machine Is Mainly Used To Process Passenger Wheel Sets From Db Regio Ag And Db Fernverkehr Ag, Other Divisions Of Deutsche Bahn Ag, Foreign Railway Operators And Third Parties. The Following Essential Work Must Be Executable With The Portal Wheelset Lathe: Automatic Reprofiling Of Driving And Running Wheel Sets Including Face Machining On The Inner And Outer Wheel Rim Face As Well As The Cutting Of Identification Grooves Machining Of Wheel Sets With Mounted Axle Box, With Mounted Inner Bearing Ring Or Only The Wheel Set Shaft Leg (Clamping Between The Centers) Automatic Processing Of Wheel And Shaft Brake Discs (Also In Split Design) As Well As The Incorporation Of Identification Grooves And Chamfers On The Outer Brake Disc Diameter Before And After Measuring The Wheel Set According To The Scope And Quality Advertised Logging Of All Measured And Calculated Data In An Electronic Database, As A Log Printout And In An .Xml File Data Transmission Of Defined Values Via An Opcua Interface The Portal Wheelset Lathe Is To Be Designed With An Automatic Chip Disposal Device With Chip Crusher, A Smoke And Dust Extraction System And As A One-Man Workplace In Ce Conformity With The Latest State Of The Art. The Diameters Of The Wheel Sets To Be Processed Are Between 335 Mm And 1,250 Mm, But The Processing Area Should Be As Wide As Possible. The Wheelset Weights Are Between 780 Kg And 3,100 Kg. The Axle Shaft Length Including The Bearings Is A Maximum Of 2,600Mm, The Axle Shaft Length When Dismantled Is A Maximum Of 2,400Mm. The Wheelsets Have Standard Track Widths Of 1,435 Mm. The Wheelsets Are Inserted And Ejected Using A System Integrated Into The Machine. Final Acceptance Is To Take Place In Wittenberge On October 1, 2024 And In Kassel (Option) On August 15, 2025.
