Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Design And Supervision For Rehabilitation Of The Industrial Vocational Training Center (Ivtc) Tvet Centre In Mogadishu. The Consultancy Services Will Entail The Following Main Activities: 1) Detailed Structural Assessment Of The Existing Infrastructure At Ivtc In Mogadishu In Preparation For Rehabilitation Works, 2) Preparation Of Engineering And Architectural Designs; 3) Preparation Of Detailed Bill Of Quantities (Boqs) And Bidding Documents 5) Supervision Of The Works And Reporting. The Consulting Firm To Be Selected Shall Meet The Following Minimum Qualifications And Experience: Must Be An Engineering/Design Consultancy Firm A Duly Registered In Somalia Or In The Country Of Incorporation For At Least Three (3) Years; Must Have At Least 10 Years Of Demonstrated Experience In Building Design And Construction Supervision; Demonstrated Specific Experience Working In Somalia Is Required; Demonstrated Experience In Preparation Of Bidding Documents For At Least Two Similar Projects; Qualified Technical And Managerial Staff Necessary To Carry Out The Assignment Must Be Available For The Duration Of The Assignment.
