The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of Buildings, Including Small Architecture Objects, Car Parks, Charging Station With Accompanying Infrastructure As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Development Of Public Areas In The Town Of Słubice, On Plots No. 234/8, 234/10, 234/11, 234/13, Located In The Town Of Słubice, Precinct No. 0014 Słubice, Commune Słubice, Płock Poviat, Province Masovian. Land Development Consisting In Hardening Part Of The Area, Arranging Low And High Greenery, Creating A Relaxation Zone, Lighting, Monitoring, Technical And Sanitary Facilities. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Co-Financed From The Governmental Fund Polish Order Program: Strategic Investment Program. The Investment Concerned By These Proceedings Is The Same As The Description Of The Investment Contained In The Application For Co-Financing Submitted By The Słubice Commune. The Scope Of The Contract Includes: Construction Of Hardened Road Surfaces And Pedestrian Paths With Elements Of Small Architecture (Benches, Waste Bins, Decorative Elements - Pots With Trees And Ornamental Grass), Construction Of A Car Park, Construction Of Connections And Networks: Energy, Sanitary And Water Supply Along With A Free-Standing Public Toilet. In The Park Part - New Plantings, Modern Arrangement Of Greenery, Species Diversity Of Trees And Shrubs. Construction Of Lighting For The Park And Car Park With A Monitoring System Using Cameras And Vehicle Charging Stations. Scope Of Work: Water Connection, Sanitary Sewage Connection,  Installation Of External Lighting, Cabling,  Z1 Cable Connector,  Z2 Cable Connector, Cable Connector Z3,  Cctv Installation,  Road Works,  Soil Replacement,  Structural Layers,  Pavements,  Small Architecture,  Traffic Organization,  Greenery. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Described In The Terms Of Reference, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Included In The Following Design Documentation: 1) Construction Design, 2) Technical Design: Construction And Road Industry, Sanitary Industry, Electrical Industry, 3) Technical Specifications For Execution And Acceptance Of Works,4 ) Bill Of Quantities, 5) Geotechnical Tests Of The Soil. In The Event Of Discrepancies In The Documentation, Including Differences Between The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Construction Design, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Discrepancies Will Be Resolved By The Employer.
