The Subject Of The Contract Is A Project Covering A Comprehensive Modernization Of The Communal Sewage Treatment Plant In Prochowice Located On Plots No. 244/6, 244/7 And 244/8, Precinct 4 Of The City Of Prochowice. The Project Has Been Divided Into Stages Of Implementation - Stage I Concerns The Construction Of A New Blower Station And The Construction Of A Buffer Tank, Other Construction Works (Buildings) Included In The Construction Project Will Be Continued After The Completion Of Stage I (The Next Stages Are Not Covered By The Contract And Will Be Implemented After The Completion Of Stage I The Scope Of The Construction Project Covers The Entire Scope Of The Expansion And Modernization Of The Sewage Treatment Plant. The Detailed Design Includes Facilities And Elements To Be Completed In The First Stage (Covered By The Order), Including A Sludge Dewatering Building With A Blower Station And A Buffer Tank, Blower Station Devices, Automatic Control And Monitoring, Electrical And Power Installations, Technological Pipelines For Air Exchange In Biological Block And Stabilization Of The Sludge, To Operate The Biological Reactor And The Buffer Tank - Elements Necessary To Launch The New Blower Station. The Order Includes The Performance Of Works On The Following Facilities: No. 1 (Existing) Main Pumping Station And Drainage Point, 2) Ob. No. 3.1 (Existing) Sand Screen3) Ob. No. 3.2 (Designed) Sand Screen4) Ob. No. 6 Sewage Buffer Tank (Designed)5) Ob. No. 14 Sludge Dewatering Building (Designed) The Technological Implementation Of The Blower Station Includes The Delivery Of 3 Blowers Related To The Aeration Of The Reactors, Along With The Supply Of Air Collectors To The Reactors And Their Integration Into The Existing Aeration System. The Scope Of Works In The Electrical Industry Related To The Control Should Include The Implementation Of New (As-Built) Designs Of The Delivered Switchgears, Taking Into Account The Subsequent Stages Of The Investment . Switchgears Should Be Delivered With Individual Controllers In Accordance With The Power Supply And Control Topology Specified In The Pw Of The Electrical Industry And The Visualization Project. The Delivered Switchgears Should Have Individual Control Panels Programmed In Accordance With The Assumptions Set Out In The Sewage Treatment Plant Visualization Project. At The Same Time, The Order Includes The Implementation Of Electrical Works Along With All Changes Allowing For The Control Of New And Modernized Facilities In Accordance With The Cards Of The Products Used. The Order Covers The Costs Of Documentation Works (New As-Built Designs And Instructions), All Deliveries And Works Related To The Implementation Of These Projects And Studies, And The Transfer Of Source Software Along With Detailed As-Built Documentation Of The Control System And Software Are The Contractors Expense. Upon Completion Of The Works, The Contractor Shall Transfer The Copyrights To Changes, Modifications And Duplication Of The Software Source Codes. Supplied Controllers Should Be Equipped With Communication Ports For Industrial Standards Or Delivered With Additional Cards Equipped With Such Ports.
