The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Internal Water And Sewage Network And The Construction And Reconstruction Of Toilets In The Town Hall Building As Part Of The Investment Task Thermomodernization Of The Town Hall Building In Lądek-Zdrój.2. The Scope Of The Contract Includes - A) The Modernization Of The Internal Water And Sewage System Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Construction Design Attached To The Swz; B) The Construction Of A Toilet Adapted For Disabled People (P13) And A Utility Room P18 (Where A Deep Sink Should Be Installed) In The Basement Should Be Made In Accordance With The Building Design; As Part Of The Work In The Basement, A Connection To Rooms P14-P17 Should Be Made; The Construction Of The Toilet (P14-P17) Is Not The Subject Of These Proceedings; C) The Reconstruction Of The Toilet On The First Floor Of The Building Should Be Made In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities And The Projection Attached To The Swz; The Scope Of This Reconstruction Includes: Disassembly Of Existing Partition Walls And Fittings, Construction Of New Partition Walls With Transoms, New White Installation, Installation Of A Sink With A Cabinet In The Common Area, Installation Of Toilet Equipment (Paper Containers, Soap Containers, Mirrors), Installation Of Doors For Toilet Rooms, Renovation Of Wooden Entrance Doors To The Room, Suspended Ceilings And Mechanical Ventilation Should Be Installed In The Rooms; The Ordering Party Expects A Valuation Of The Glaze In A Light Color With Decorative Elements (The So-Called Decors). 3.
