The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution In The Design And Build Formula Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Buildings Of The Cultural Center And The Facilities Of The Municipal Stadium In Młynary Together With The Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation. The Facilities Covered By The Investment Are The Only Sports And Culture Centers In The Młynary Commune, Therefore They Are Extremely Important For Meeting The Psychophysical Needs Of All Residents Of The Commune. In The Building Of The Cultural Center There Is A Performance Hall, Which Used To Be A Cinema Hall, Where A Number Of Cultural Activities Are Carried Out For All Groups Of Residents, Including Music, Dance And Art Classes. The City Stadium Is Not Only A Base For Organizing Sports Activities And Competitions By Sports Clubs, But Also A Place To Organize Mass Cultural Events Such As Festivals And Concerts. The Buildings Of The Cultural Center Have Never Undergone Modernization Or Comprehensive Renovation, And Therefore Are In Poor Condition. They Are Not Adapted To The Needs Of The Disabled, Do Not Have Separate Fire Zones, And Are Made Of Flammable Materials. In Accordance With The Above, Immediate Intervention Is Necessary To Ensure The Continued Use Of The Facilities.
