Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Lots: Pursuant To Art. 91 Sec. 2 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Items 1710 And 2185), A Detailed Analysis Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Made And The Advisability Of Dividing The Contract Into Parts Was Considered.
