All Bids Must Be Placed In A Sealed Envelope And Dropped Into The Tender Box Situated On The Ground Floor Of Plan International Liberia Country Office On Or Before March 20, 2023 @ 4:30 Pm. Bids Will Be Opened On March 22, 2023 At 11:30 Am In The Presence Of Bidders Representatives Who Choose To Attend. The Opening Will Take Place In The Conference Room Of Plan-Liberia.
