Tenders Are Invited For Successive Performance Of Diagnostic Tests For The Needs Of The Department Of Population Health Of The Medical University Of Wrocław.

1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Performance Of Diagnostic Tests Consisting In: Determining The Level Of Vitamin D-25(Oh)D From A Blood Sample. 2) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect Blood Samples For Testing At His Own Expense. Sample Collection Place: Picture Headquarters Ul. Borowska 211A, 1St Floor, Part C.1/4/016 50-556 Wrocław.3) According To The Demand, Blood Samples Will Be Provided Once A Day On Business Days (I.E. Monday To Friday) Between 12.00-14.00. In The Absence Of Samples To Be Submitted On A Given Day, An Employee Of The Department Of Population Health Immediately, But Not Later Than By 10:00 On A Given Day, It Will Notify The Contractor Of This Fact. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect The Samples And Immediately Deliver Them To The Laboratory In Order To Minimize The Risk Of Interference With The Test Results. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transport The Blood Samples In An Appropriate Manner So That They Are Not Damaged. Delivered By The Contractor To The Registered Office Of Picture, No Later Than 2 Working Days After The Date Of Handing Over The Samples For Testing. However, The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Number Of Each Type Of Tests May Change, But It Will Not Exceed 3000 For Each Type.4. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Performed: 1) With Particular Care And In Accordance With The Indications Of Current Medical Knowledge; 2) By Laboratory Diagnosticians With The Necessary Qualifications To Practice And Entered On The List Of The National Chamber Of Laboratory Diagnosticians; 3) In A Laboratory That Meets The Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of March 23, 2006 On Quality Standards For Medical Diagnostic And Microbiological Laboratories (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2019, Item 1923, As Amended) And Entered Into The Register Of The Laboratory Kept By The National Chamber Of Laboratory Diagnosticians.
