The Subject Of The Contract Is: Delivery Of Materials To Mining Excavations For The Coal Mining Museum In Zabrze, Task No. 1 Help Products.I. Legal Requirements And Required Technical And Operational Parameters.1. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects.2. Marking The Product With The Manufacturers Mark Should Be Permanent And Legible.3. The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Law, In Particular In Terms Of The Required Certificates, Technical Opinions And Mining Approvals. Ii. Delivery Conditions:1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order In The Assortment Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Presented Above, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Together With All The Documents Specified In The Swz And The Contract, As Well As Documents Required By Law. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order And Unload It At His Own Expense And Risk.3. The Contractor Shall Provide The Ordering Party With The Subject Of The Order Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. 4. The Contractor Is To Provide All The Necessary Documents And Certificates Allowing The Materials To Be Used In Mining.5. The Contractor Shall Deliver And Unload The Goods At His Own Expense And Risk In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party On Working Days From Monday To Friday, From From 07:00 To 15:00, I.E. - Place Of One-Off Delivery: Zabrze 41-800, Ul. Wolno ci 4106. The Contractor Shall Provide The Ordering Party With A Detailed Specification Of The Delivered Materials And Specify The Planned Date And Time Of Delivery Agreed With The Authorized Representative Of The Mgw In Zabrze.
