Purchase Of The Optional Personal Insurance Service. Optional Personal Insurance Services For The Personnel Of The Ministry Of National Defense Who Carry Out Their Activity In The Country, Are Deployed In Theaters Of Operations Or Are Sent On Mission Abroad. The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is The Personal, Accident And Health Insurance For Mapn Staff, For The Following Risks: Death; Disability Degree I And Ii; Disability Degree Iii; Illnesses, During And Because Of Combat Actions, The Process Of Preparing For Combat And The Performance Of Tasks During Combat Service, Which Result In Mutilations Or Irreversible Physical Defects Or Bodily Injuries/Diseases That Can Be Established Objectively And With Definitive Consequences , Having An Irreversible And Definitive Character; Hospitalization And/Or Outpatient Treatment Expenses For Periods Between 3 And 90 Days If Proof Of These Expenses Is Provided; Medicines And Treatment Expenses, If It Is Proven That These Expenses Were Incurred; Repatriation Expenses In Case Of Medical Assistance Abroad. For Cases Of Disability Or Death, Caused By Accidents, Catastrophes Or Other Such Events (Illness, Shooting, Deletion, Etc.) Occurring During Preparation, Travel To And From The Place Of The Mission And Due To The Execution Of The Mission Abroad And/Or On The Territory National. Note: The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers/Candidates: 15 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information On The 10Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers.
