Consulting Firm (National) (Time-Based) Title Of Service: To Establish Smart City Corporation For Deconstructing Smart Bangladesh Ict Consulting Firm For Design, Develop, Supply Integration And Maintenance Of Smart Holding Tax Management Software For Assessment And Tax Collection Including Self-Assessment And E-Payment System. Trade License Management System For E-Application And Digital License Issuance, Advertising Tax Management System With E-Application And Online Payment Module, Smart Non-Motorized Vehicles And Driver License Management System, Internal E-File Management System And Mobile Apps For Gazipur City Corporation. Brief Description Of Assignment: The Initiative Under Which The Firm Will Work Mainly Aims To Create Easy, Secure And Standard Solution To Collect The Holding Taxes And To Provide Trade License Easily. It Also Focuses On Ensuring The Data Security, Quick And Rapid Communication Among With Applicant, Authority & Various Stakeholders And To Make Those Hassle-Free For Them. To Track & Monitor All Engineering Works To Protect Same Work Recurrently. As Such, The Responsibilities Of The Firm Are: A) Smart Holding Tax Management System Withholding Tax Assessment & Collection, Verification, Review, ?Self Assessment And Online Payment Module. B) Trade License Management System And E-Application And Digital License Issuance Verification, Review, Online Payment Module. C) Smart Non-Motorized Vehicles And Driver License Management System D) To Design And Supply Smart Holding Tax Card & Smart Trade License Card With Hologram Security Features E) Mobile App & Internal E-File Management System Experience, Resources And Delivery Capacity Required: 1. Legally Established Professional Software Development Firms Or Entity With Minimum 6 (Six) Years Of Working Experience In Ict Business As A Registered Limited Company/Entity With Registration Of Joint Stock Companies & Firms (Rjsc) In Bangladesh. 2. Must Submit All Valid & Updated Legal Documents Including Trade License, Tin Certificate, Vat Registration And Certificate Of Incorporation. 3. Must Have At Least One Practical Experience Of Beneficiary Registration And Data Bank Management System In Any City Corporation Of Bangladesh. 4. Must Having Experience In At Least One (1) Govt. Office/Semi-Govt. Office To Supply Dual Interface Smart Card With Specified Holographic Security Features. 5. Should Have 20 (Twenty) Full Time Ict Personnel In Company Related To System Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, Testing, Qc, Training And Implementation Of Web And Mobile Based Applications/ Software Solutions. In Case Of Jv (Joint Venture) Combined Ict Hr Will Be Considered. 6. Must Have To Access In National Payment Gateway. 7. Audit Report Of Previous Two (2) Years Average Turnover With Valued 50 (Fifty) Lac Tk. 8. The Minimum Amount Of Liquid Asset/Credit Line Certificate Of The Firm Shall Be 50 (Fifty) Lac Tk. In Case Of Jv (Joint Venture) Strength Of Combined Liquid Assets Will Be Considered. 9. Must Have Basis Membership (Updated). 10. Documents Demonstrating The Management And Operational Capacity Of The Firm / Joint Venture (Brochures, Company Profile And Other Documents Describing Company Expertise, Strength And Experience, Core Functions, Similar Assignments Or Project Experience, Availability Of Relevant Project Competition). 11. The Firms May Associate To Enhance Their Qualification In The Form Of A `Joint-Venture (Jv). To Form A Strong Association Combining All Required Strength, Experience And Expertise, Joint Venture Is Preferable For This Eoi Application. All Members Of Such An Association Will Be Individually Liable For Pre-Determined Real And Well-Defined Inputs To The Assignment. The Maximum No. Of Members In The Association Is Limited To Two (2). The Firms Must Declare One Firm In This Association As The Lead Firm. Lead Firm Must Need To Fulfill All The Requirements Of Eoi Which Are Mentioned Mandatory.
