New Education Building - Hvac Ahu Renovation The New Education Building Relies On Four Built Up Air Systems (Buas) To Provide Clean Conditioned Air For The Comfort Of The Building Occupants. The Buas’S Have Outlived Their Life Expectancy For Operation. The Buas’S Use Older Pneumatic Components For Maintaining Static Set Point. The Buildings Pneumatic Control Air System Has Been Compromised By Water And Oil Intrusion Over The Many Years Of Service, As A Result, System Components Have Failed And Are No Longer Reliable To Maintain Proper Air Flow And Temperature Control. Provide Engineering Services For The Replacement Of Supply And Return Air Fans And Their Associated Controls For Four Buas’S At The New Education Building, Located In Raleigh, Nc. Connect New Fan Units With One Of The Building’S Current Automation Systems For Remote Alarming, Trending, Monitoring, And Controllability
