The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Design And Execution Of The Reconstruction, Extension And Renovation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Mokrsko, Together With The Accompanying Technical Infrastructure. The Subject Of The Contract Implemented In The Design And Build System And Includes: 1) Development Of Design Documentation In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program - Hereinafter Fup (Appendix No. 1 To Swz) Containing: A) Construction Design Developed In Accordance With The Construction Law, Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program - In Paper Form (5 Copies) And In Electronic Form On A Cd/Dvd (2 Copies); B) Executive Designs For The Entire Scope Of The Order, Developed In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Forms Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications Of Execution And From Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal U. Item 2454). - In Paper Form (5 Copies) And In Electronic Form On A Cd/Dvd (2 Copies); Calculation Of The Planned Costs Of Design Works And The Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program - In Paper Form (2 Copies) And In Electronic Form On A Cd / Dvd (2 Copies); D) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Program Functional And Utility - In Paper Form (2 Copies) And In Electronic Form On A Cd/Dvd (2 Copies). 2) Obtaining Legally Required Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements And Checking The Design Documentation For The Planned Project; 3) Obtaining A Building Permit Or Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works (In Accordance With The Premises Resulting From The Construction Law), 4) Hydraulic Tests, Commissioning, Mechanical Start-Up And Technological Installations Constituting The Subject Of The Contract. 5) Conducting Training For The Wastewater Treatment Plant Staff To The Extent Necessary To Operate The Facility, Along With Providing Instructions For Operating The Facility. 6) Achieving The Assumed Effect And Technical And Technological Parameters Not Worse Than Those Defined In The Fup. 7) Obtaining All Documents, Opinions And Meeting All Requirements In The Mode Of Handing Over The Facility For Operation And Submitting The Facility For Use To The Administrative Unit Appropriate For The Location Of The Facility. 8) The Contractor Will Obtain An Ecological Effect In Terms Of The Quantity And Quality Of Treated Wastewater, In Accordance With The Fup. 9) Performance Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Developed In Accordance With The Fup Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Including In Particular: The General Scope Of Construction Works Consists Of Stage I Of The Works Included In The Fup, I.E.: 1. Construction Of A New Main Pumping Station For Raw Sewage: A) Execution Of The Casing Of The Pumping Station From Prefabricated Concrete Rings With An Internal Diameter Of Not Less Than 2.5 M, Together With Supply And Exhaust Ventilation And Technological Manholes Made Of Stainless Steel. B) Delivery And Assembly Of Technological Equipment; Panel-Strip Grate With Screenings Washer, Submersible Pumps With Coupling Feet And Guides, Piping With Fittings, Control And Measuring Equipment. C) Delivery And Assembly Of Electrical And I&C Installations. 2. Construction Of A Mechanical Wastewater Treatment System: A) Constructing A Building In A Traditional Brick Construction With The Necessary Water And Sewage, Heating, Ventilation And Electrical Installations. B) Delivery And Assembly Of Technological Equipment; A Sand Grating With A Screens Washing Press And A Sand Washer With Piping And Shut-Off Fittings. C) Delivery And Assembly Of Electrical And I&C Installations. 3. Renovation And Adaptation Of The Existing Pumping Station Into A 2Nd Degree Pumping Station: A) Disassembly Of The Existing Complete Technological Equipment: Pumps, Piping With Fittings, Etc. Application Of New Protective Coatings And Replacement Of The Manhole Cover, Which Should Be Equipped With A Manhole And Stainless Steel Supply And Exhaust Ventilation. C) Delivery And Assembly Of Technological Equipment; Submersible Pumps With A Coupling Foot And Guides, Piping With The Necessary Fittings, Control And Measurement Equipment. D) Delivery And Assembly Of Electrical And Control And Instrumentation Systems. 4. Construction Of A Catchment Point With A Sewage Tank: B) Construction Of A Foundation Slab For A Container Discharge Station. C) Delivery Of A Container Discharge Station With A Sieve In The Tank And An Analyzer Of Transported Sludge. D) Construction Of A Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Underground Tank With A Ceiling Slab Raised 30 Cm Above The Ground Level, With Technological Manholes And Stainless Steel Supply And Exhaust Ventilation. E) Delivery And Assembly Of Technological Equipment For The Incoming Sewage Tank; Pump With Coupling Foot And Guides, Aerating Grate, Blower, Piping, Control And Measurement Equipment. F) Delivery And Assembly Of Electrical And I&C Installations. 5. Construction Of A New Stage Of Biological Wastewater Treatment: A) Construction Of A Block Biological Reactor In A Flow System, In A Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Structure With Two Independent Technological Lines With Platforms And Stainless Steel Stairs. B) Construction Of Secondary Settling Tanks With A Vertical Flow In A Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Structure With Stainless Steel Platforms. C) Delivery And Assembly Of Technological Equipment; Pumps With Coupling Feet And Guides, Submersible Mixers, Piping, Shut-Off And Return Fittings, Aeration System, Central Pipes Of Settling Tanks, Stainless Steel Overflow Channels, Control And Measuring Equipment. D) Delivery And Assembly Of Electrical And I&C Installations. 6. Construction Of An Excess Sludge Pumping Station With A Blower Station: A) Construction Of A Building In A Traditional Brick Construction With The Necessary Water And Sewage, Heating And Ventilation As Well As Electrical Installations. B) Delivery And Assembly Of Technological Equipment Of The Facility; Dry-Standing Pumps, Rotary Blowers In Sound-Absorbing Casings, Piping With Shut-Off And Return Fittings, Control And Measuring Equipment. C) Delivery And Assembly Of Electrical And I&C Installations. 7. Other Construction Works And Elements Of Equipment: A) Construction Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure Enabling The Functioning Of The Facility In The Field Of Technological, Water Supply, Sewage, Electrical And I&C Installations. B) Implementation Of The Control And Visualization System. C) Construction Of Roads And Squares Of Concrete Cobblestones. D) Illumination Of The Object. 8. Obtaining A Non-Final Decision On The Permission To Use The Extended Sewage Treatment Plant. The Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Agreement And Its Scope, Including The Scope Of Design Work And Works, Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program With Attachments (Hereinafter Also Referred To As: Fup) - Appendix No. 1 To Swz And Draft Agreement - Appendix No. 2 To Swz. Note: The Fup Contains Two Stages Of Construction Works: Stage I And Stage Ii. The Subject Of This Contract Are Only The Works Included In Stage I, Stage Ii Is Not Included In This Procedure, Therefore The Contractor Should Value In The Offer Price Only The Scope Of The Contract Covered By Stage I.
