Ao (Lots 1,2,3,4) - Rehabilitation Works Of The Hanover Pavilion, A Kiosk And A Park Entrance (Parc Departemental De Sceaux). The Program Of The Operation Consists In Renovating The Pavilion Of Hanover In Order To Make It Possible To Accommodate Various Activities Within It. It Was Decided That This First Activity Would Be The Installation Of A Restaurant. The Project Integrates On The One Hand, The Renovation Of An Entrance From The Avenue Sullyprudhomme In Order To Allow The Restaurant To Open In The Evening Without Disturbing The Functioning Of The Domain And On The Other Hand The Improvement Of The Visibility Of The Pavilion Within The Estate Through The Landscaping Of The Surroundings And Appropriate Signage. The Departments Operation Also Involves The Reconstruction Of Public Toilets In The Existing Kiosk Nearby. The Installation Of Catering Equipment Will Be The Subject Of A Separate Consultation. The Building Is Classified As A Historic Monument And The Park Is Located On A Classified Site. The Candidate Must Therefore Take All Measures To Preserve The Site And The Building From Damage During Construction.
