Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Water Supply Infrastructure In The Commune Of Waśniów

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation, In The Design And Build Formula, Of The Investment Entitled Modernization Of The Water Supply Infrastructure In The Commune Of Waśniów, Including: A. Modernization Of Two Cylindrical Water Tanks With A Capacity Of 150 M3 Each Located In Msc. Pękosławice And Śnieżkowice, Consisting In Their Replacement With New Ones, Along With The Replacement Of Equipment Used To Service The Tanks And The Development Of The Area Around The Tanks - Construction Of Fencing, Marking, Hardening Of The Access Road (Hereinafter: Modernization Of Cylindrical Tanks), B. Modernization Of The Water Treatment Plant In Msc . Piotrów (Hereinafter: Suw) Consisting In The Renovation Of The Suw Building And The Replacement Of Water Treatment And Filtration Equipment Along With All Equipment Supporting The Water Treatment And Filtration Process (Hereinafter: Suw Modernization). 2. As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: A. Development, On The Basis Of The Functional-Utility Program Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Comprehensive Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Permits, Technical Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements, Including The Final (Final) Decision Of The Permit For Construction (If Applicable), Including:  Construction Design And Technical Designs,  Executive Designs,  Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works,  Investor Cost Estimates, B. Implementation - On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Referred To In Point A. Above - Construction Works Along With The Implementation Of Supplies Necessary To Achieve The Purpose Of The Contract, I.E. Modernization Of The Water Supply Infrastructure. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Functional-Utility Program (Descriptive Part And Drawing Part) With Attachments (Water-Legal Permit, Photographic Documentation) - Appendix No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, With The Proviso That The On-Site Inspection Does Not Is Required And Only Recommended By The Ordering Party. 4. Regardless Of The Contractors Obligations Under The Functional-Utility Program (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract), The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Install The Information Board Referred To In § 2 Point 1 Of The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On The Determination Of Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Implementing Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or State Earmarked Funds In Connection With From § 10 Sec. 1 Point 1) And Sec. 2 Points 1) Resolution Of The Council Of Ministers No. 84/2021 Of July 1, 2021 On The Establishment Of The Polish Governance Fund: Strategic Investment Programme, As Amended By Resolution Of The Council Of Ministers No. 176/2021 Of December 28, 2021, Resolution Of The Council Of Ministers No. 87/2022 Of Of April 26, 2022 And The Resolution Of October 13, 2022, Subject To The Contractors Provision Of Guidelines For Its Assembly By The Employer. 5. The Method Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Appendix No. 2 To The Tor - Drafted Contractual Provisions.
