Facilities Management . The Objective Of This Procurement Process Is To Solicit Proposals From Facility Management Vendors To Demonstrate Their Ability In Providing Day-To-Day Facility Management & Concierge Services For All Bdc Locations In Canada. The Selected Facility Management Vendor Will Be Responsible For Assigning Resources To Bdc To Perform Services As Further Defined In Section 2 Hereinafter.Bdc National Portfolio Consists Of 110 Locations As Per Appendix &Ldquo;D&Rdquo; And Amounts To Approximately 640,000 Sq.Ft. Typically, The Size Of Business Centers Range Between 2,000 Sq.Ft To 20,000 Sq.Ft. Bdc&Rsquo;S Head Office Is Located At 5 Place Ville-Marie, Montreal And Consists Of 7 Floors With Approximately 190,000 Square Feet.Bdc Will Sign A Service Agreement With The Selected Facility Management Vendor For A Term Of Three (3) Years With The Option Of Two (2) Year Renewals.
