Property Management Program. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Computer Aided Facility Management Service (Hereinafter Referred To As Cafm), Which The Contracting Authority Will Use In Passporting And Managing Its Facilities In The Czech Republic And Abroad. The Solution Will Enable The Creation And Management Of Construction, Technological And Technical Passports Of Buildings, Which Will Be Used To Automate The Processes Of Planned And Emergency Maintenance And Building Management. Due To The Upcoming Act On Building Information Modeling (Hereinafter Referred To As Bim), The Client Requires That Individual Passports And Thus The Entire Solution Be Based On The Bim Methodology And Consistently Use The Bim Model. The Cafm Service Will Be Used By Two Entities, Namely The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Of The Czech Republic (Hereinafter Referred To As The Mfa) And Its Contributory Organization The Diplomatic Service (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ds).
