Upgrade And Integration Of Existing Building Automation System (Bas) To The Desigo Cc Platform That Controls Two Remote Sites (22-58127) . The National Research Council Canada (Nrc) Wishes To Award A Contract For The Continued Service And Maintenance Of An Existing Computer Based Bas System At Its Halifax And Ketch Harbour Sites, Comprised Of The Desigo Cc Platform With Complete Integration And Graphic Re-Design. The Existing Facility Bas Is A Proprietary System Which Provides Ddc Monitoring And Control (+/- 1000 Points) Of The Mechanical And Electrical Systems Throughout The Buildings And Facilities And Is An Integral Part Of The Phoenix Valve Energy Management System As Well. The System Hardware Is Supplied By Siemens And Is Installed And Serviced By Siemens. ( Proprietary Hardware And Software) This Service Requirement Is Essential To Ensure The Continued Service Of A Recently Conversion Component And Complete Redesign Of The Programing Graphics.
