The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction, Extension And Change Of Use Of The First Floor Of The Existing Commercial Building For The Needs Of The Siemiatycze Incubator Of Entrepreneurship (Hereinafter Referred To As Sip) On Plots With Geode No. 1166/1, 1166/2, 1166/3, 1166/4, 1166/5 Located At Plac Jana Pawła Ii 15 In Siemiatycze, Commune Siemiatycze, Pow. Siemiatycze, Province Podlaskie. As Part Of The Construction Works, The First Floor Of The Building Will Be Adapted For The Purpose Of A Complex Of Commercial And Service Rooms For Enterprises Conducting Business Activity In The Field Of Services And Trade. The Premises Of The Incubator Will Be Supplemented With An Sip Office, A Conference Room That Can Be Divided Into 2 Smaller Training Rooms, Social Rooms With A Kitchenette And Sanitary Facilities.2. Characteristic Technical Parameters:2.1. Area Total Part Covered By The Works 525.00 M22.2. Area Usable Part Covered By The Works 428.90 M22.3. The Volume Of The Building Is 5830 M32.4. Building Height 10.38 M2.5. Number Of Above-Ground Storeys 22.6. Number Of Underground Storeys 13. Under The Contract, The Following Will Be Performed In Particular: 3.1. Construction Industry:3.1.1. Thermal Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Building With The Execution Of The Facade;3.1.2. Replacement Of Windows On The First Floor And The Staircase;3.1.3. Demolition Of Part Of The Internal Walls And Knocking Out Door Openings;3.1.4. Execution Of G-K Partition Walls;3.1.5. Execution Of Floors;3.1.6. Execution Of Suspended Ceilings With Thermal Insulation;3.1.7. Renovation Of Internal And External Stairs;3.1.8. Installation Of Door Joinery;3.1.9. Execution Of The Lift Shaft;3.1.10. Elevator Assembly;3.1.11. Building Finishing Works.3.2. Sanitary Industry:3.2.1. Execution Of Natural And Hot Water Installations. Water Is Supplied To The Building Via The Existing Water Supply Connection. The Scope Of Work Includes Connecting To The Existing Cold Water Risers Within The Renovated Rooms And Connecting The Designed Draw-Off Points. The Source Of Hot Water Preparation Will Be Flow Electric Heaters With A Power Of 5.5 Kw - 2 Pcs.3.2.2. Execution Of The Hydrant Installation. There Is An Existing Water Supply System In The Building. The Implementation Includes The Replacement Of The Existing Hydrant With A New One With Specific Parameters. 3.2.3. Execution Of Sanitary Sewage System. Sanitary Sewage From The Building Is Discharged By Gravity To The Existing Sanitary Sewage System. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Replacement Of Risers Within The Renovated Rooms Along With Roof Vents And The Construction Of A New Sanitary Sewage System From The Designed Sanitary Devices.3.2.4. Central Heating Installation The Central Heating Installation Will Operate Based On The Existing Gas Boiler Located In The Boiler Room At The Basement Level. The Scope Of Works Includes The Execution Of A New Manifold Supplied From The Existing Boiler Installation, The Execution Of A Heating Installation In Closed, Two-Pipe Systems.3.2.5. Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation. Supply And Exhaust Air Handling Units With Recuperation And Electric Heater Were Designed. Intake And Exhaust Air Handling Units Located In The External Walls Of The Building.3.2.6. Heating And Air-Conditioning Of The Lift Shaft Will Be Carried Out By Means Of Designed Inverter Air-Conditioners (At An External Temperature Of Up To -15°C) And An Electric Heater (At An External Temperature Below -15°C).3.2.7. Disassembly Of The Gas Installation Within The First Floor And In The Basement. Due To The Change Of The Purpose Of The Kitchen Room Into Office Rooms, The Demolition Of The Gas Installation Along The Route According To Drawing Part.3.3. Electrical Industry3.3.1. Disassembly Of The Complete Electrical Installation In The Scope Covered By The Study In The Existing Facility, I.E. Electrical Switchboards, Cables And Wires, Lighting Fixtures And Electrical Equipment, And The Disused Sn3.3.2 Cable Line. Installation Of Basic Led And Evacuation Lighting, Installation Of Plug Sockets, Power Installation, Overvoltage Protection Installation, Lightning Protection And Earthing Installation, Installation Of The Main And Equipotential Bonding, Structural Cabling Installation, Cctv Monitoring Installation; 3.3.3. Sip Will Be Powered In Accordance With The Issued Power Supply Conditions, Connection Power 40Kw. The Power Supply Wlz Will Be Led From The Cable Connector With The Measuring System To The Rg Switchgear In Dvr75 Casing Pipes And In Cable Trays. Wlz-Th Should Be Led Flush-Mounted In A Cover Made Of Rb Pipes, In Cable Trays Or Surface-Mounted Cable Ducts. Electric Wires In The Floor Floor Should Be Laid In Flexible Corrugated Pipes. The Remaining Electric Wires Should Be Laid Directly In The Plaster In The Grooves Cut Out.3.3.4. The Rooms Will Be Powered From The Rg Switchgear. Each Room In The Incubator Will Be Powered From Separate Circuits And Will Have An Electricity Sub-Meter Installed.3.3.5. In The Bathrooms, Alarm Signaling For The Disabled Is Provided.4. Other Information Related To The Subject Of The Contract4.1. The Investment Is Adapted For People With Disabilities, Including People In Wheelchairs, Through: 4.1.1. Existing Parking Spaces For The Disabled;4.1.2. Construction Of An Elevator Enabling Access To The First And Second Floor;4.1.3. Ground Level Elevator Access4.1.4. Thresholds With A Maximum Height Of 2 Cm;4.1.5. Toilets Adapted To The Needs Of The Disabled.4.1.6. On The Ground Floor Of The Building To Be Reconstructed, There Are Commercial Premises, In Particular, A Bank Has Its Registered Office, So This Should Be Taken Into Account When Creating The Construction Works Schedule And In Subsequent Implementation, While Maintaining The Safety Of Service Employees And Visitors.5. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Rtv Equipment/Equipment Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities In Items: 75-79, 85, 87, 91-93.
