1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works - A Brief Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Extension And Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Public Primary School In Stare Siekluki Located On Plot No. 157, Registration Unit Stara Błotnica, Precinct Siekluki. It Is An Educational Facility And Will Be Used As Such. Programme, Usable Area: Ground Floor - Part Of The Planned Extension 1/12 Classroom - 77.20 M2 1/13 Classroom - 62.70 M2 Ground Floor - Existing Part - Reconstruction 1/14 Cloakroom - 24.50 M2 1/15 Communication - 23.13 M2 1/16 Staff Wc - 5.11M2 1/17 Pom. Social - 8.76 M2 First Floor - Part Designed Extension 2/13 Classroom - 77.20 M2 2/14 Classroom - 62.70 M2 Ground Floor - Existing Part - Reconstruction 1/14 Cloakroom - 24.50 M2 1/15 Communication - 23.13 M2 1 /16 Staff Wc - 5.11 M2 1/17 Pom. Social - 8.76 M2. The Designed Extension Of The Psp Building Refers In Its Character And Height To The Existing Building. The Designed Building Is Adjacent To The Southern Façade Of The Psp Building. A Two-Storey Building Was Designed, Without A Basement, With A Simple Architectural Shape (Cuboid), Covered With A Single-Pitched Roof, With An Unusable Attic. The Roof Is Covered With An Attic Wall On Three Sides (Including The Front Side), Rainwater Drainage To The West Side. Gutter And Downpipes Covered With A Fragment Of The Front Wall. The Designed Part (Expansion) Will Be Connected To The Existing Part (Reconstruction) In Terms Of Functionality And Communication, At The Ground Floor And First Floor Levels. In The Place Of Four Window Openings (South Elevation), Four Door Openings Are Designed (Two Per Storey) - Entrances To The Designed Four Classrooms. One Of The Rooms On The Ground Floor Has An Exit To The Outside. In The Rebuilt Part On The Ground Floor Level, A Cloakroom, Staff Wc, Room For Social And Communication Linking The Old And New Parts. At The Level Of The First Floor, A Teachers Room, A Headmasters Room And Communication As Above Were Designed. Due To The Expansion, Six Windows In The Southern Façade Will Be Removed (Three On The Ground Floor And Three On The First Floor). Instead, It Is Planned To Enlarge The Communication Window On The Ground Floor (West Elevation) And Cut Out Two Windows, One In The Teachers Room And One In The Cloakroom (East Elevation). For Fire Safety Reasons, A Fire Protection Wall Is Designed In The Corridor On The First Floor. With Fire Door The Colors Of The Building Refer To The Colors Of The Building Of The Expanded School. Cream-Colored Walls, Painted With Silicate Paint, Plinth - Brown Structural Plaster, Wall Fragments - Brown Clinker Tiles, Windows And Doors - Gray Aluminum, Roof - Anthracite-Coated Sheet Metal, Flashings, Gutters - Sheet Metal Steel Coated In Gray, Ladders, Steel Balustrades Painted In Gray. The Designed Building Was Located Outside The Designated Impassable Building Line, I.E. At A Distance Of 1.40 M To 2.00 M From It. - The Front Elevation Was Designed 10M High. - Roof Geometry (Slope Slope And Ridge Direction). - An Elevation Of 15.84 M Wide Has Been Designed. - The Designed Extension Covers 6% Of The Investment Area. - After The Extension Of The Psp, 49% Of The Biologically Active Area Will Remain. The School Consists Of The Old Part (Classrooms, Boiler Room) And The New Part (Gymnasium With A Connector).
