The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Development Of The Water Tourism Route Of The Pisa River, Together With The Development Of The Coastal Zone Of Lake Roś, And In Particular: , Construction And Applicable Standards, As Well As The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Using Solutions That Rationalize Construction And Operating Costs; 2) Obtaining The Employers Approval Of The Developed Concept; 3) Preparation Of Maps For Design Purposes With An Inventory Of The Area And Determination Of Boundaries; 4) Preparation Of A Water Law Survey; 5 ) Obtaining A Water-Legal Permit; 6) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Employer, On The Basis Of The Power Of Attorney, All Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works Are Not Required Building Permits And Land Development Conditions Or Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment; 7) Development Of A Land Development Project, Also Taking Into Account Accesses, Access Roads, Parking Spaces, Internal Roads, Lighting, Monitoring, Greenery, Small Architecture; 8) Preparation Of A Multi-Branch Building Design I.E. Architectural And Construction, Sanitary, Electrical, Telecommunications, Road, Hydrotechnical Industries, Ensuring Comprehensive Functioning Of Facilities Along With Bioz Information To The Extent Necessary To Submit An Application For A Building Permit, Along With All Necessary Arrangements; 9) Preparation Of A Multi-Discipline Technical Design Ensuring Comprehensive Operation Of Facilities, I.E. The Architectural And Construction, Sanitary, Electrical, Telecommunications, Road And Hydrotechnical Industries; Hydrotechnical And Bills Of Quantities In All Industries, I.E. Architectural And Construction, Sanitary, Electrical, Telecommunications, Road, Hydrotechnical; Road, Hydrotechnical;12) ​​Visualization Of Facilities, Including An External View With Land Development In The Form Of At Least Five Shots For The Starting Point And One Shot For The Remaining Points;13) Preparation Of An Inventory Zoning Of The Investment Area, Which Will Constitute The Descriptive Part Of The Design Documentation.
