The Subject Of The Contract Is: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Catering Services For Senior Citizens From The Bielany District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Of Warsaw Consisting In The Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of Easter Meals For 1,500 People, During Ceremonial Occasional Meetings Organized In The Bielany District Of The Capital City Warsaw (Estimated Number Of Meetings: 12-18, Estimated Size Of Groups 30 - 125 People, Estimated Duration Of One Meeting 90 Minutes - 180 Minutes).2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide: 1) Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of A Meal For 1,500 People, Consisting Of The Following Products: Pcs./Person)3) Warsaw-Style Pork Loin (Pork Loin Pockets Stuffed With Egg And Horseradish Paste, All Embedded In Jelly, Served On A Platter) - (150 G./Person)4) Herring In Oil With Onion (100 G./Person) Person)5) White Sausage (Pork Meat With Ham Min. 90%) Hot (100 G/Person)6) Vegetable Salad (Potatoes, Carrots, Parsley, Eggs, Pickled Cucumbers, Onion, Apple, Green Peas, Mayonnaise) - (200 G./Person) 7) Cheese Platter (Smoked Cheese, Camembert Cheese, Mimolette Cheese, Koryciński Cheese, Amber Cheese, Grapes, Phisalis Exotic Fruit) And Cold Cuts (Pâté, Roasted Pork Loin, Roasted Pork Neck, Sirloin Baked, Pickled Cucumber, Cranberry, Beetroot, Horseradish) - (Various) (150 G/Person), 8) Mixed Bread With Ami: Butter, Horseradish, Mustard (Unlimited)9) Hard-Boiled Egg - Peeled, Cut Into Four Parts (0.5 Pcs./Person) 10) Fruit (Bananas, Tangerines, Apples) (150 G./Person. ) 11) Fruit Juices (Orange, Apple) Served In Jugs (300 Ml/Person)12) Mineral Water With Lemon Served In Jugs (500 Ml/Person)13) Coffee, Tea (With Additions: Milk, Lemon Sugar) (Unlimited) 14) Homemade Cakes X 3 (Cheesecake, Easter Cake, Poppy Seed Cake) (3 X 30 G/Person) 15) The Contractor Will Provide Coffee, Tea (Various Types) And Additives Such As Sugar, Milk, Lemon Etc. Without Quantity Limits. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Coffee Brewed In Thermos Flasks Or Ensure A Sufficient Number Of Coffee Machines.16) The Contractor Shall Provide Water And Fruit Juices In 1.5 L Jugs In An Amount Adequate To The Number Of People At The Meetings.17) The Contractor Shall Be Obliged To Provide Qualified Waiter Service In During Meetings In A Number Appropriate To The Number Of Meeting Participants, But Not Less Than 2 People During Each Meeting (Waiters/Waitresses Should Be Appropriately Dressed During The Service) And Will Provide People For Technical Service Of The Meeting (Unpacking Equipment, Meals, Drinks, Cleaning The Places Intended For The Performance Of The Service) Each Time After Its Implementation Within 2 Hours After The End Of The Meeting). By Cleaning Service, The Ordering Party Understands Bringing The Room Where The Catering Service Took Place To Its Original Condition. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Removal And Disposal Of Waste And Garbage.18) During The Catering Service, The Service Efficiently And Regularly Collects Used Dishes Both Directly From The Guests And From The Tables, Taking Care Of The Aesthetic Appearance Of The Tables, Supplementing The Missing Dishes And Dishes As Needed.19) Contractor Will Ensure The Provision Of Catering Services On Ceramic Or Porcelain Tableware With The Use Of Plated Cutlery, Paper And Fabric Napkins, Fabric Tablecloths, Unless The Ordering Party Orders Otherwise. Bain-Maries, Thermoses For Coffee And Tea/Coffee Makers, Plated Cutlery, Napkins, Etc. If, In The Opinion Of The Ordering Party, It Will Not Be Necessary To Provide All The Above-Mentioned Service Elements, The Ordering Party Shall Inform The Contractor Thereof.21) The Ordering Party Shall Inform The Contractor About The Planned Dates, Meeting Places And Number Of People Planned For Meetings No Later Than One Week Before The Scheduled Meetings, With The Understanding That More Than One Meeting May Be Held On One Day. If Several Meetings Are Organized On One Day, They Will All Be Held In The Same Place, With Appropriate Time Intervals Between The Meetings. Warszawa, Capital City Of Warsaw), At Least 30 Minutes Before The Start Of The Meeting.23) The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Legal Regulations Regarding The Storage And Preparation Of Food Products (Including The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition Journal Of Laws Of 2010, No. 136, Item 914, As Amended) As Well As The Provision Of Services Only With The Use Of Products That Meet The Quality Standards Of Food Products.24) Products Used To Prepare A Meal And Drinks Must Be Prepared In Accordance With The Requirements Of Culinary Art For Mass Catering And Must Be Made From Fresh Foodstuffs With A Valid Expiry Date 25) The Contractor Is Responsible For Transporting The Subject Of The Contract And Serving It In Accordance With The Sanitary Requirements For Food And Collective Catering.3. Social Clauses: Pursuant To Art. 95 Sec. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Or Subcontractor Undertakes To Delegate Employees Employed Under An Employment Contract To Perform This Subject Of The Contract, In The Scope Of The Following Activities: A) Preparing Meals (Cooks, Kitchen Assistants), B) Serving Meals, Direct Service Of The Event (Waiters, Hostesses)C) Technical Service (Delivery Of The Necessary Technical Equipment And Meals, Preparation And Cleaning Of Places Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Performed).4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In: A) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Tor.
