Social Clauses: Pursuant To Art. 95 Sec. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Or Subcontractor Undertakes To Delegate Employees Employed Under An Employment Contract To Perform This Subject Of The Contract, In The Scope Of The Following Activities: A) Preparing Meals (Cooks, Kitchen Assistants), B) Serving Meals, Direct Service Of The Event (Waiters, Hostesses)C) Technical Service (Delivery Of The Necessary Technical Equipment And Meals, Preparation And Cleaning Of Places Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Performed).4.
