Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Complete Project Management (Study/Supervision) For The Rehabilitation Of The Ministrys Computer Center And Server Room This Call For Expressions Of Interest Is Aimed At Eligible International And/Or National Firms With Multiple Expertise In The Following Two Areas: (I) Building (Civil Engineering, Electricity, Air Conditioning, Fire) And (Ii ) It (Cabling And Equipment); In Order To Carry Out The Following Missions: (A) Diagnosis And Preliminary Technical Studies; (B) Preparation Of Bidding Documents/Support For The Award Of Contracts And (C) Works Monitoring-Control. The Implementation Of This Activity Will Be Conducted Under The Supervision Of The Ministry Of Finance, Budget And Banking Sector In Liaison With The Computer Center. The Computer Center Of The Ministry Of Finance Installed On The 1St Floor Of The Former Treasury Building Houses The Server Room On Which Most Of The Public Finance Management Applications Are Installed; And Some Offices. The Premises Are In A Degraded State Following A Fire In 2017. Specifically, The Targeted Rehabilitation Covers The Following Elements: Overall Refurbishment Of Ci Premises Insulation Of The Server Room Upgrading Of Electrical Installations (Including Autonomous Device Solar) And Move To The Ground Floor Of The Building Bringing The Air Conditioning System Up To Standard Setting Up A Fire Safety System Reinforcing Access Security Installation Maintenance And Upkeep Plan. The Management Unit, Which Is Responsible For Implementing The Financial Governance Support Project (Pagf), Invites Firms To Apply To Provide The Services Described Above. Interested Eligible Candidates Must Provide Information Demonstrating That They Are Qualified And Experienced To Perform These Services. As Such, They Can Prove That They Have The Required Qualifications, References Of Recent And Similar Services (Documentation, Reference Of Similar Services, Experience In Comparable Missions, Availability Of Qualified Personnel, Etc.).
