Delivery And Assembly Of A Hygienic Supply And Exhaust Ventilation Unit With The Option Of Cooling With Distribution Through Sheet Metal Ducts To Individual Rooms, Along With The Necessary Construction Works Such As: Execution And Assembly Of A Supporting Structure On The Roof, Piercing, Walling, Casing Of Ventilation Ducts, Etc. For The Renovated Department Of Pathomorphology In Part Of The Dissecting Room Of The Specialist Hospital. Dr A. Sokołowskiego In Wałbrzych.1.Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Scope Of Construction Works Will Include: - Demolition Works Of The Existing Ventilation System With Disposal - Delivery Of The Air Handling Unit With Cooling Option Together With The Automation System In Accordance With The Attached Architectural And Construction Design, Including Its Assembly Start-Up And Training Of The Employers Staff In The Operation Of The Device - Other Works Specified In The Design Documentation Regarding The Subject Of The Contract, As Well As The Fulfillment Of All Requirements And Obligations Arising Therefrom. The Contractors Offer Price Should Include All Construction And Assembly Works, Direct And Indirect Costs Related To All Tests , Measurements And Activities Aimed At Performing The Subject Of The Contract In A Complete Manner For The Purpose It Is To Serve. The Supply And Exhaust System Is To Ensure Air Of Appropriate Quality And Temperature In The Rooms In The Summer And Winter. The Amount Of Ventilating Air Was Determined On The Basis Of The Number Of Exchanges. There Is Overpressure In The Dissecting Rooms In Relation To Other Adjacent Rooms. Air Supply And Exhaust To The Operating Room Is Carried Out By Means Of A Hygienic Roof Air Handling Unit With Heat Recovery On A Cross-Flow Heat Exchanger. Thanks To The Use Of Heat Recovery By Means Of A Cross-Flow Exchanger, The Power Of Heaters In The Ahus Has Been Significantly Reduced. After Passing Through The Ahus With A Network Of Rectangular Ducts, The Air Is Pumped In The Rooms Of The Operating Rooms To A Laminar Diffuser Equipped With An Absolute Filter. The Supply Air Stream, Ceiling Size And Location Are Given In The Drawings. In The Laminar Roof, The Air Is Further Purified In Absolute Cassette Filters. The Air As Sterile Flows Out Of The Entire Surface Of The Air Supply Elements. The Ceiling Is Made Of Corrosion-Resistant Stainless Steel, They Have A Smooth Inner And Outer Surface Of The Housing (Making It Easy To Clean And Disinfect) And Are Equipped With Pressure Measurement Connectors. The Exhaust From The Operating Room Will Be Carried Out By Means Of Hygienic Exhaust Grilles. Grilles Made Entirely Of Acid-Resistant Steel. The Construction Of The Grille Is Welded And Sealed. Grilles Should Be Equipped With A Slotted Control Damper. The Exhaust Air Surface Is Made Of Acid-Resistant Perforated Sheet Metal, Mounted In The Front Frame Of The Grille With Clips (When Installed Vertically). The Air Exhaust Will Take Place At The Bottom Of The Room. The Amount Of Air Was Selected Based On Heat Gains And Losses, Ensuring That The Room Temperature Was Maintained At 20÷25 ˚C In Summer And +20+24 ˚C In Winter. In The Dissecting Rooms, An Overpressure Of +10% Should Be Maintained. In The Rooms Next To The Dissecting Rooms, Supply And Exhaust Installations Have Been Designed. The Regulation Of The Amount Of Air In The Room Will Be Carried Out By Means Of Control Dampers. The Air Will Be Cooled In The Office And Autopsy Rooms Using The Os-Onyx-Cf-355 Duct Cooler, Powered By The Erq100av1 Condensing Unit. Hydraulic Installations Will Be Made Of Seamless Black Steel Pipes According To Pn-80/-74219 Joined By Welding And Copper Installation Pipes According To Pn-En 1057 Joined With Hard Solder. The Pipelines Will Be Insulated With Atmaflex Af Rubber Foam Lagging With A Thickness Of 13 Mm And Additionally Protected With An Aluminum Sheet Jacket. Installation Instructions - Supply And Exhaust Ducts Should Be Made Of Galvanized Steel Sheet, Thickness According To Kb1-37.5. And. Duct Connections - Gebhardt Type Flange Connections - Ventilation Duct Suspensions Should Be Made With The Use Of Rubber Cushioning Pads. Maximum Spacing Of Supports - 3 M. - Supply Ventilation Ducts Led Inside The Room, Insulate With Lamella Mineral Wool, 40 Mm. - The Duct Air Distribution System Should Be Made Of Galvanized Steel Sheet As Tight, Adapted To Cleaning And Disinfection. - After Assembly, The Ventilation Systems Should Be Adjusted To Obtain Appropriate Efficiency And Air Distribution. - All Ventilation Ducts Led Outside The Building Should Be Insulated With Mineral Wool Thick Min. 80 Mm And Protected Against External Conditions With A Cover Made Of Galvanized Sheet Metal. - All Ventilation Ducts Are Mounted On Typical Slings With Anti-Vibration Spacers. - During Assembly, Ensure The Continuity Of Metal Connections. - Condensate From Duct Coolers Should Be Led To The Sewage System Through A Siphon Trap. - Supply The Refrigerant To The Heaters Heating Medium (Process Heat Pipes Supplying The Heating Medium To The Ahu Additionally Secured With A Self-Regulating Heating Cable). Supply Properly Treated Water To The Steam Humidifier, Insulate The Water Pipes And Additionally Secure Them With A Self-Regulating Heating Cable. Guidelines: Electrical And Automatic Regulation Industry - Connect To The Electrical System: Fan Motors, Chiller Or Freon Water Unit, Steam Humidifier; - Create Automatic Regulation And Control Systems For Ventilation Devices.
