21St Century Community Learning Centers State Activities Support.The Texas Education Agency (Tea) Is Requesting Proposals To Provide State Office Project Support For High-Quality Out-Of-School Time (Ost) Statewide Program Training, Technical Assistance, Compliance Monitoring, Quality Assessment, Annual Convenings, And Quality Improvement Activities. The Awarded Contractor Will Provide Services In Support Of The Texas Nita M. Lowey 21St Century Community Learning Centers (Cclc) Program, Also Known As Texas Afterschool Centers On Education (Texas Ace). The 21St Cclc Program Currently Provides Over $130 Million For 96 Grantees To Operate 701 Centers In Communities Across Texas. The Awarded Contractor Will Provide All Grantees Access To A Suite Of Supports That Help Them Implement And Sustain High-Quality Programs After School, Before School, And In The Summer.
