The Combined Schemes Will All Be Supplied From A New Bore Site On The Banks Of The Clutha River And From A New Water Treatment Plant At Greenfield. This Will Allow The Decommissioning Of The Lawrence, Evans Flat And Waitahuna Water Treatment Plants (Wtps). The Bores, Greenfield Wtp And Decommissioning Of The Existing Wtps Is Excluded From This Contract. The Milton To Waihola Project Will Connect The Existing Milton Wtp To The Township Of Waihola, Via A New Pump Station And Reservoir At Milburn. Existing Pumps In The Milton Wtp Are To Be Upgraded To Meet The Demands Of The New Scheme.
