The Submitted Bills Of Quantities May Not Be Detailed And May Be Indicative. All Elements Resulting From The Design Or Not Included In The Design, But Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Task, Must Be Taken Into Account. The Contract Will Be Awarded Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2A To The Tor.
